Its hope for everyone ❤ I got recovered 13.November 2019 and it took me about 1 year with hard work! And during that time i felt like i lost myself alot, i got into alot of fights with my family that were only trying to help but didnt know how. Somedays felt like an acomplishment to a happier me but other days where dark and cold ! But its possible. The more you take the steps into following you dreams, doing things you love and loving yourself more, a little by little, everything just ends up right somehow ! You can start with following people on instagram that has been through recovery, and unfollow people that triggers you badly ! Seek out to someone u trust💕 Even that is a big step ! Dont forget you are worth it, even if you dont think that way !
