When I eat breakfast at Mcdonalds I always get a sausage egg n cheese mcgriddle WITH BACON. Truly one of my fave sandwiches on earth, can't go wrong. love the videos!! keep em comin 💪💪

The reason the egg is so large is because the big breakfast comes with scrambled eggs which is a liquid egg mix that we scramble on the flat top. The egg you typically see on a biscuit is a folded egg that comes frozen that we steam till it’s hot and ready to serve. Love your content!

Truly amazing, and for those who know, you know what you are doing Limit eating window, fasting before, not eating late at night, walking and moving between meals, dividing quite evenly the calories, and drinking a lot of water to flush the system. Not to take away from this awesome video Nate, but I have a new game changer. If you get ANY type of burrito from taco bell, spray with pam and throw in a air fryer for 3-4 minutes at 375 degrees. crunchy golden brown outside! so good you're welcome Internet!

@@stuartc1936 because, for example, sometimes you just don't have the time to go to an artesan bakery (in the case of my small city they are all in the center and you can't park easily there) and you want something fast (and cheap) and you just can't get it :/

Nate, you should try the Domino’s cheeseburger pizza. I have tasted both the chicken taco and cheeseburger pizza. The taco one taste wayy better with taco sauce. The cheeseburger is delicious 😋
you should try the new cheesecake factory ice cream on your calorie challenge days the calorie counts are insane for one serving much less an entire pint ;)
Try a 13 day fast , 7 days no liquids either . Almost died , had to spend two days in the hospital as I mentioned a while back . All because I yelled and put a nodule on my larynx which stopped me from being able to eat . I will say losing 38 lbs in 2 weeks was much needed lol 😂 anyways loved this style of video , food is so much more satisfying when you’ve experienced being without it . It makes every bite count . I will never take it for granted again and can’t even imagine how people with out access to food feel 😔 Great video keep em coming!
