Pain Rotmg technically he does gain 5-10 + bc food weighs a certain amount. You eat 20 pounds of rice you gain 20 pounds, however his body just probably shits everything out so he probably doesn't gain a lot. If not any.
@Lia, actually false, just because you eat a certain amount of food, you don't gain the weight the food weighs, if that was true calories wouldn't be a thing. Food goes and fuels your body (Carbohydrates) and can be spread around the body for energy using them up, causing to lose the weight faster, as in a pound of cheesecake is about 1900 calories, to where 3500 calories is one pound. So if you eat a pound of cheesecake you don't gain a pound (:
ImReza I completely understand that outlook and it is partly true as if someone were to eat over 3,500 calories they would be gaining weight however whatever you eat will end up making you weigh a little more at the end of the day. For example, I'm a big eater. I had a liter of water, and just loads of food throughout the day. Few burgers..and pho at the end of the day. I ate more than usual that day and I weighed myself out of the blue at night and I was 10 pounds heavier. Weighed myself the next night and I was back at my normal weight. If you eat 6 pounds of soup, you will probably be 6 pounds heavier...maybe a little less. These 10k cheat day challenge normally is meant for people who are fairly active and use this as a bulking method. Weigh yourself before you eat and then eat a little more than normal and then weigh yourself again. You'll increase a little. Often times people who bulk this much don't gain a crazy amount because it just goes through you because of the mass of food you're eating I.e people who do eating competitions etc
Well it's not like he does this everyday. He eats healthy all the time an works out like crazy in the gym to lose it all. He only does this like once a month that's why. Either have cheat day once a week or save it all for just once a month.
You simply cant gain so much fat in a single day... Physically impossible. Weight gain is a gradual process more than anything.
