That'd be dumb. I've asked every hygienist I've visited in my life and asked them (medically trained in the field) if buying an expensive electric toothbrush would make any noticeable difference, and everyone of them has said no.
Actually, electric toothbrushes are the best and highly recommended ! They have been proven to be more effective than traditional toothbrushes. You need to see a different dentist…

It’s actually not expensive…
And I don’t want to discount your experience, but my dentist and several hygienists I’ve met with said powered toothbrushes DO make a big difference in some cases, so I tried a few and settled on an oral-B, and my tartar problems went out the window.
The dental hygienists that clean your teeth use electric tools to do so. There are a lot of dental offices that do recommend electrics so there is mixed opinion.
If Apple made a toothbrush it would suck out the gold fillings 🤣

I have the Phillips Sonicare 9700 which I’ve had since 2019, and love it. But the thing I don’t like about it is that calcium buildup gets in between the crack around the button. I will say that when I opened up the Laifen Wave. I was impressed. It was like opening up an iPhone, and it was noticeably quieter than my Phillips Sonicare 9700, and a lot cheaper as well. I spent $399 for the 9700, and my brother got me the Laifen Aluminum with 3 six pack brush replacements for $140. I will be using both, one at home (Laifen Wave) and one on the go when I travel (9700).

It Would be the best Toothbrush ever made, with Wi-Fi 6E (Its early for 7), Toothbrush heads shall be sold seperatly, in 3 colors, battery has to be changed in stores by experts, 1 year waranty, every month firmware updates, and for sure a seperate model Pro with Titanium material and extra battery time. Price for sure 500 Euros.
