I’ve started juicing and I noticed that my knees don’t hurt like they use to. My favorite is celery, cucumber, green apple, parsley and half a lemon and a piece of ginger. I drink this every morning.😊
More on ways to not waste - If you mix your pulp in a food processor after juicing, it can be added to sauces, put into pancakes, or made INTO salsa, depending on what mixes you have. For the salsa, just add a little vinegar (it's often a testing process to know which kind and how much to use) with some cooked tomatoes and maybe some jalapeños for some heat. Salsas can often have the savory AND sweet, so even the fruit are okay in a salsa. I also like making a paste out of it in the food processor and adding extra spice, then spreading it onto some parchment paper and put into my dehydrator to make crackers. And finally, you can make veggie burgers with it by adding a little mashed beans and some bread crumbs along with spices. Cook them up and eat them immediately (I find them great with homemade sweet potato fries) or freeze for later. :)
Awesome juicer! I work at a juice bar and we have this great drink called the Bombay Sunrise and it's just: Carrot, Orange, Ginger, Tumeric and Lemon. It's pretty much my replacement for coffee in the morning and it's great for people who are a little scared of green juices.
A few notes: To not waste, I love juicing the beet greens when I buy beets for juicing. The leaves of the beets are really awesome to juice along with the beet. You can juice the stems, but they are a little bitter, so I wouldn't recommend it. The leaves have a slight sweetness, though, that's brought out nicely with celery. Parsley WILL give you a headache when you juice too much. I learned that the hard way. Just use a small amount (less than a handful) or go with cilantro. Cilantro and celery are both amazingly refreshing in juice. Juicing is a great use for the celery leaves if you cook with celery and only use the stalks. Broccoli stems are a nice addition to juice (not the florets, though). So if you like florets in your salad, save the stems to juice. They're good in a green juice.
I absolutely love anything with beets and ginger so that juice looks delicious to me!! I love to do the same thing as you do and only use one fruit, but if I'm looking for something a little sweeter I will always put carrots or beets in my juices and they are an instant sugar boost. My go to favorite go to green juice would have to be kale, celery, cucumber, apple, lemon and ginger.
Here is my juice that I have been using for years. It's sensational. Celery, Carrots, Cucumber, Ginger, Fresh Turmeric, Beetroot and one Apple. But I start the day with lemon water. You can't miss with this one.
Hi Dani, my favorite two juices are cucumber, celery, carrots, green apple, beets, lemon, spinach and ginger; or cucumber, celery, carrots, pineapple, lemon and spinach, I use a fruits in both of them even the carrots and beets are sweet because I make this for all of us including my toddler that is 4, and it is the only way he would drink it, but I just add a small portion of fruit. Thank you for sharing your recipes, I use to watch your videos from your website before I found you in youtube.
I keep the fiber in my juicing.. My fave combinations are: spinach, kale, broccoli, celery, cucumber, apple. lemon, ginger... I would drink every day for a week, then try something else then return again...
Good info and well presented! Finally a chanel/source that is practical, helpful on this topic (rather than purely "only" sales orientated). Good! Thanks Dani!!
Also Fennel is one awesome Veggie to Juice. It's a bit more expensive Veggie. But if you have eaten it before you know Fennel is one Veggie that has a super awesome Licorice taste. And that makes a very interesting taste when added to a juice. Or 1/2 Fennel with standard Green Veggie Juice Mix of your choice with Pineapples. Thats a Juice made in Angel Heaven!
Thanks for the recipes Mrs Dani. I love your recipes because they are really delicious and healthy. You are a really beautiful and healthy lady. But can I ask you something? Can I swap the kale for spinach? Its just because I'm not a big fan of kale. Thank you and Please respond to this comment. It's kinda important. Thanks!
Hi Dani. Those juices look delicious. Do you have a video on cleaning your juicer? I have a Hurom juicer and don't use it enough because it takes so long to take apart and clean. I would love to see what is involved in cleaning yours. My favorite juice is cucumber, celery, carrots, apple, spinach, lemon and ginger.
***** I was wondering have you ever tried to make something with the leftovers from juicing? I tend to feel like I am throwing out good things but not sure what to use it to make. Any ideas?
It makes a wonderful addition to compost or a worm farm! There are many recipes available online for ways to use it in muffins or crackers, but in my opinion it's mostly just insoluble fiber so if you eat enough veggies & fruit you probably get enough fiber in your diet and don't need to bother eating juicing pulp. I'd rather turn it into rich soil for my veggie garden.
Hi , love your videos , pls tell me what you recomend me that i cant hace raw kale nor spinach any cruciferous because of thyroid problem , what can use to substitute those ?
very nice video! I just bought kale from the market because I always see the benefits of it on the internet but then when I got home I just realized I didn’t know what to do with it😅
Interesting that your greens are simply kale. All my life I've known those as mustard greens. Excellent recipes for green juices! Just got a juicer and I'm off to the fresh market.
Dani: I love your videos, I love your photogenic enthusiasm and how you make your videos. I like your emphasis on health and positive vibe. My one however: I am a health care provider and an everyday purveyor of the medical literature. There is no physiologic basis to the notion that we are "cleansing" anything when we drink fresh smoothies. They are nutrient dense and afford one an opportunity to feel good about choices we make but it is misleading and simplistic to cling to arbitrary notions of detoxifying and cleansing with food and drink. Just saying... Keep making videos and I do love them.
Ty for sharing your method and recipes. Was wondering why you suggest taking off the lemon rind? Have been juicing for while with an omega type juicer it removes all rind and seeds out of juice. Add lot if flavor from the oils in rind as it goes through. Our fave combo is kale, spinach, parsley, cucumber, carrots, apple, lemon and blueberries.
This is my first time juicing and I started with the one with beets. I’m having HBP and thought I start with the beets. Big big mistake because I feel I had a hard time digesting it. Also ginger too strong for my stomach. So I’m going to start watching your video, juicing 101.
You really should try adding the lemon with the peel on. Just be sure to buy organic, scrub it well, and remove the seeds. Just subbed, Thanks for the recipes!
These are great recipes because they are single serving size!! I have been trying to find green recipes that are single servings.....this is so fantastic, Thank you
I like green apples, spinach, parsley, pineapple juice with lemon, ice and water :) i make that in my vitamix though so i guess its a "smoothie" technically, but stil good ;)
Great recipes ! I struggle with time and being able to make your juices daily. Can you make a batch and store them and if so for how long? What do you prefer glass or BPA plastic jars for storage? thx Kevin
Dani, thaks for the info, I am glad you did the one with the beets, I am anemic and I heard beets can help with anemia, I will try the one with the beets, I was not sure if I could combine kale and beets, so thank you for this combination.
Do you use up all the fruit or veggies in one juicing? If not I have heard that once a fruit is cut up it loses enzymes that is why it needs to be used at once. I do not know if this is true or not.
Hi Dani! I can't wait to try your juice combination, but I have a question: I'm the only one in my family who likes ginger so...with what can I swap it?
I take food /juice to my elderly neighbor. she has diverticulitis and shouldn't eat seeds. should I do something special for her? Or is the juicer grinding them up enough?

Hi, Dani. I’m planning on juicing for a week. Is it okay to prep all the ingredients earlier and freeze them? Or should I juice them first and store them in the fridge? Or neither both ? 😂 and just go with the daily juicing for a week?
Freezing might lead to nutrient loss. You should store in airtight mason jars and consume within 3 days. The fresher the better. The longer it stays air already in the juice due to juicing and those that get in when storing will cause slow and steady loss of nutrients due to oxidation. www.bestjuicerreviewsguides.com/omega-juicer
the beet juice is an awesome juice. It is so good for you. While I am commenting, forget those expensive juice bars. Get a decent juicer and make it fresh for yourself. Its cheaper, and tastes much better.
Who really cares. It's called preference. You can keep the peel on or you can take the peel off doesn't matter. And who gives a darn about how she holds the tamper. By the way that's why it's her channel and not yours just saying. Wait for it wait for it...............
Great Video! I love the bloopers :) Do you prefer the Masticating juicers? I use the Centrifugal kind. I kinda think more juice is squeezed from masticating juicer.

Where can I purchase a juicer like yours
Sounds delicious I’ll have to try that
@rootsm3 Can you please share the recipe? How much of each item do you use?
I was about to quit green juice bcos of its taste and you help make them so tasty. Thank you for saving my health by sharing such amazing formula ❤

healthyeatingalways Love your juicing combo - i will try that for sure!!
Great video but how do you get so much juice from so little ingredients?
One of my faves is definetly half a cucumber, two big handfuls of spinach, one small or half a big Green apple, a like and mint!
Kenan Akgün That sounds so good!! Love fresh mint in the smoothies.
Here is my juice that I have been using for years. It's sensational. Celery, Carrots, Cucumber, Ginger, Fresh Turmeric, Beetroot and one Apple. But I start the day with lemon water. You can't miss with this one.

m reynoso Those combinations sound great! I'll have to give them a try - I'm always looking for a new flavor combo:)
Thank you 🙏
Only 1 week ago I started into juicing.
I spent about 600.$ on a Hurom Elite model, I am enjoying.
Thanks...
As a heads up the beet juice color passes through when you take a leak. Lol it's good when its iced.
I keep the fiber in my juicing.. My fave combinations are: spinach, kale, broccoli, celery, cucumber, apple. lemon, ginger... I would drink every day for a week, then try something else then return again...

Courtney McFarland yum!!

What kind of juicer is best . I am a newbie I know nothing just sarting
Thankyou for sharing. I cannot wait to make it all xx Will it last for 3-4 days in the fridge?
very nice video! I just bought kale from the market because I always see the benefits of it on the internet but then when I got home I just realized I didn’t know what to do with it😅
Dani - your juices ideas are good.

I was struggling with veg juices . Gonna try these
Interesting that your greens are simply kale. All my life I've known those as mustard greens. Excellent recipes for green juices! Just got a juicer and I'm off to the fresh market.
Jucing helps much I get benefits like having less cramps during my menstrual cycle
Can you make juices in big batches and keep it in the frig for the whole week?
D. Jones General rule of thumb - you can keep juices of up to 3 days.
No. By the next day its all sugar an no nutrients.
Chrystalyn Curry wow I didn’t know that, thank you... I’ve seen green juice in GTA5 and wanted to try it.
What suggestions do you have for those with a lower end juicer that doesn't juice leafy greens or herbs?

Why do you have to take the peel off of your lemons when juicing?
Do you need a separate garage to park that juicer in?
SinisterMinister hhhhhh t... not nice
SinisterMinister 😂😂😂😂😂

I do a low sugar juice, spinach, blueberries
please could you write me the ingredients of green monster recipe
Looks so delicious! What Juicer machine do you recommend, please?
Do these still turn out if you blend the fruits and veggies rather than juicing them?
Love your videos...is it the same if I use a blender and filter the pulp with a sieve?
It looks good the juice plus that seems like good juicer
Is there a substitute for the cucumber? Can I up the amount of celery? I have tried and tried, but I just don't like cucumbers.
Would minced or powder garlic also work? I'm new to ginger so I would like to try some very slowly. Thanks!
Melissa Perez-Ruan
I love green juices but how does one cleans the green leafo's
What could I substitute if i don't have romaine?
You really should try adding the lemon with the peel on. Just be sure to buy organic, scrub it well, and remove the seeds. Just subbed, Thanks for the recipes!

Hello ,new to juicing and i was wondering how long can you store them in fridge ??
I love the green juice formula! What would be a the ratio of each ingredient?
What juicer are you using?
I enjoyed the bloopers =) Thank you for the recipes.
Great recipes ! I struggle with time and being able to make your juices daily. Can you make a batch and store them and if so for how long? What do you prefer glass or BPA plastic jars for storage?
thx Kevin
Golf Dude I prefer glass mason jars - and rule of thumb is you can store them in fridge for up to 3 days.
Which juicer are you using
What's better, juices or smoothies?
Why do you need to take the peel off the citrus?
Dani, thaks for the info, I am glad you did the one with the beets, I am anemic and I heard beets can help with anemia, I will try the one with the beets, I was not sure if I could combine kale and beets, so thank you for this combination.

TheNoviceGardener It may lose a bit - but for me, its not significant enough to worry about.
Hi Dani! I can't wait to try your juice combination, but I have a question: I'm the only one in my family who likes ginger so...with what can I swap it?
What is the name of that juicer
Why we have to peel the lemon 🍋
this is a great idea and i would love to do this but I can't afford $500 machine. what is some other options?
I just got a Nutri Ninja 2 in 1 for $60 at Canadian Tire and I love it.
Jamie - I just got a Nutri Ninja 2 in 1 at Canadian Tire for $60. They are clearing out discontinued stock.
+Jamie C : I got my at a yard sale for $5. You can look in thrift stores, online clearance, pre owned on craiglist, etc
Were those raw beets or did you boil them in advance?
Great ideas for juices, I'd love to try them all!
+Aromas de Casa :)
I take food /juice to my elderly neighbor. she has diverticulitis and shouldn't eat seeds. should I do something special for her? Or is the juicer grinding them up enough?
Some cucumbers can be no seeds. I just started buying the no seeded cucumbers.
Nice.. but why are these consumed as juices than the whole thing blended with pulp ? any particular reason/ benefits plz?
For me its easier to drink. The vegtables are too fibrous and its extremely thick unless you add a bunch of water, then its like drinking grass...
May the LORD of the Sabbathday be your guide always ❤ love it
Been juicing quite a bit for the last 2 months just about after watching that film FSND. I've learned quite allot over that time juicing as a result and have come to love juicing. Another great Veggies that's overlooked allot to go with Celery and Cucumber's for water content is "Zucchini which is also loaded with lots essential nutrients and has a really nice mild flavor taste. You don't always have to add fruit to get sweetness of flavor to balance out the more bitter leafy greens veggies like Kale and such. But Dani approach is sound for one sweet fruit to add some sweetness to balance the flavor to your taste and liking. Pineapples certainly packs and add lots of sweetness in small doses. However if sticking with veggies for sweetness, adding Carrots and or Beets to your juice is like magic made in Juicing heaven.
Carrots and Beets are like a dynamic duo added to any Juice combo pack or each by themselves. Carrots and Beets together is magic Juice! But both those veggies are off the charts loaded with lots of nutrients and sweeten any juice you make. Sweet Peppers are super loaded with Vitamin C and add much richness to sweeten your juice also by themselves as well body to your juice. Ginger is awesome to any Juice as it wake up your digestive system and jump start your liver detoxing your body. Peel that rind off that whole lemon before you add it to your juicer, it make the juicing much much easier and leave off the taste of the rind.
When you become a pro at juicing, you juice anything you can find that will make it down the Juicer! You'll juice peeled Sweet Potatoes, yummy! You'll juice Bok Choy, off the charts loaded with Water and first cheep in the grocery store. You juice Broccoli of any kind as they pack green flavors and awesome nutrients. Shop at a nice Asian market and you can pick up lots of Baby Bok Choy, Boy Choy, Chinese Broccoli, Shangai Tips (Baby Choy) for dirt cheap prices compared to the regular grocery store. Hell shop at a good asian store for lots of green stuff for juicing as prices are cheaper. Juice and drink allot of Carrots and over time you notice, your skin starts to look SOOOO much better and start glowing too. Juice for your health and detoxify your body while boosting your health.
Ardent Dfender So many great tips here! Thanks for sharing:)
I like Bartlett pears, Spinach, Papaya, and juice of a pineapple.
Jamie Ellis yum!
How long I store this juice?
whats ceal ??? that gren leaf thing she puts in after the cucombur? :)
ronja ekberg kale
I do not own a juicer can i still hashtag my smoothies?also my fav combo is spinach, chia, green apple and ginger,i sometimes add arugula which is quite strong and i would not recommend it if someone's not used to intense "green flavour"
depy hetfield yes!!! Please do:) It's not about green juice but all green recipes!

+Abdul-Wahab Shuaibu ;)
Why peel the citrus?
Im gonna try the third drink
Hi Dani! I'm looking into buying your juicer, would you mind making a video on your juicer specifically? Cleaning it, putting it together, etc. Or simply just tell me if you can...is it a real pain in the neck cleaning that thing? If I'm planning on juicing pretty often ? Thanks! Love your videos!
Alique Tokatlian I can make a video - but honestly as far as juicers go, it is pretty easy to clean!
Are those 32 oz jars that you are using? And much would it cost to juice 64 oz of juice daily?
+SIK LEE They are 16oz jars, and it would depend on what you are using to make the juice.
really green juice is very healthy.
Can't wait to try these juice recipes!
davehugstrees Enjoy them!
The best With all recipes 😋
I've juiced way more kale and fruit did not get a full big jar of juice each time like that. How is this possible?
Looks like she’s using a slow or cold press juicer. Those are more expensive but can extract way more juice than the centrifugal juicers that most people have in their homes. Centrifugal juicers aren’t great with juicing leafy veggies.

Mean Green is my go to
Love the bloopers! Great video too.
How can I get this juicer to purchase and what's the cost?
+Marlene Green You can purchase it right here: amzn.to/1OkWZqb
Definitely all the juices I’d try.
I will try making these tomorrow
Is there a substitute for kale?
Gloria Ha.. Any dark leafy green will work - swiss chard or spinach would be great.
the beet juice is an awesome juice. It is so good for you. While I am commenting, forget those expensive juice bars. Get a decent juicer and make it fresh for yourself. Its cheaper, and tastes much better.
I agree!! Homemade juice is so much more delicious!
NO, leave the peel on the lemon, perfectly usable, provides the lemon essential oil. Bad advice there. And I notice you use the tamper upside down.
Who really cares. It's called preference. You can keep the peel on or you can take the peel off doesn't matter. And who gives a darn about how she holds the tamper. By the way that's why it's her channel and not yours just saying. Wait for it wait for it...............
Is there a problem if i use a good blender??
Fiorella Gutierrez no problem - but that would deb a smoothie (just means you get keep all the fiber and your drink will be thicker;)
Great Video! I love the bloopers :) Do you prefer the Masticating juicers? I use the Centrifugal kind. I kinda think more juice is squeezed from masticating juicer.
eyescoops More juice is definitely squeezed from the masticating juicers and i do prefer them.
thanks a lot Dani .
.... You deserve green like
