Hey Chelsea, I am a first-year undergraduate student and I have been finding your videos SO very helpful when writing my papers. I was wondering if you could do a video on ASA formatting which is something I'm not familiar with. I'm majoring in sociology so I can foresee myself using this format a lot more in the future. If not no worries! Thank you for your videos either way! xo
Hi there! I'm so glad you're finding my videos helpful. But yes! I already have a video on setting up your paper under APA formatting and how to do the reference list under APA formatting. I'll post those videos down below. Also, if you have Facebook, feel free to come join the Smart Student Facebook group. Paper writing is a common topic and it's a great place to ask questions! Hi Chelsea, do You have a vid on best ways to come up with a Thesis and should you do it after you do an Annotated Bibliography or your Essay Outline. Please help this assignment is due soon.
Hey there! I do not have a video on this topic yet. But my best answer for this is that you will want to write your thesis statement when you have a good understanding of the topic that you're discussing. -this can happen before or after you write your annotations. It's up to you. Also, just remember that it's okay if your thesis statement changes a little as you do your research and learn more information. Hope this helps!
I"m trying to use some ariicles in wikipedia in my book, for example story about Fatima, can I do this if I add reference to wikipedia?? I've been doing research about 1900s and found many pics and stories like the Christmas truce. When I added to my story I get message that I can't use in my book which totaly ruins the story I'm creating and pics I've found?? Is there any way around this?? thanks
You would cite it just like any other source except in the author element, you would use the title of the article. Here's a video on how to do citations in APA formatting incase you need help with it 🙂 ua-cam.com/video/RWZCXPoBo-k/v-deo.html
......... the video title says "reference list". You failed at your attempt to call someone out at failing. See? I used fail as often as you did, look how dumb that is. Thanks for the free comedy, you FAILURE. LMAO
