How much fuel does a KTM 1290 Super Duke R use?

I don't care about fuel economi, but I still find it interresting that KTM can't make the fuelgauge and fuel usage work correctly.

249.2 km @ 5.9 l/100 km vs shown 5.4 l/100 km. Just now on a 2022.
Annoying part is the fuel range shown on dash when you get the low fuel warning, goes from 80km to 0 in very few km's, but the fuel gauge still shows fuel, so dont know how they messed that up.
I just got my 21' SDR. My trip 1 data showing 54 mpg. Average speed 52 mph. I'm a daily commuter and my ride to and from work are highways/motorways with no traffic. I am just feeling the bike out and not ripping it so that might be a contributing factor. I'm interested in finding out what other rider's are getting to see if this is a fluke or real world range and efficiency.

Well, at least I become a bit too worried when the remaining range goes under 100kms - I do not trust the computer and gauges at all. That is why also our old SDR1290Rs were a little better. Anyhow, these new ones seem to have a slightly better fuel economy than the older ones - but our 2021 bikes are 100% original and the old ones were tuned. So actually might be no real comparison there... Thanks for the video anyhow (I think with a normal relaxed riding within speed limits - or should it be said about - gives us a little under 5 liters per 100kms).
I very recently traded my Gen 2 for a Gen 3. The Gen 3 is adverised as to have better fuel economy however it is not so!! I generally got 19 km/l on the Gen 2 and now get 16.3 km/l with the Gen 3 - same riding style!
I have only tried a gen 2, and when I got on the gen 3 it feelt why more “plantet” and a little less nose happy, as the gen 2. So maybe its because you ride it a little harder with out notiching 😁
