    I seriously side-eye all the people who've claimed to "try to save Michael" but were no where to be seen or hadn't done anything when he needed them. It's easy to be there with Michael while he was greatly awarded for his musical and humanitarian contributions ; in short, when he was considered "cool". But where were they during the times he suffered from malnutrition and chronic insomnia, struggled against Sony, was accused of being a child molestor ? I can name the people who were with Michael during both the glorious AND hard times : Liz Taylor, Chris Tucker, the Hilton family, Emmanuel Lewis, Rick James, Steve Harvey, Macaulay Culkin, non-celebrity children and families, and the fans. Even the Jackson family and Diana Ross expressed their support for Michael with being with him during the trial and/or setting the record straight with some of "biased" journalists. But the rest "abandoned" Michael as Madonna said.

      I love him, but Michael was introduced to strong pain meds in '83-84 after the pepsi commercial incident - I understand that, because the pain was most likely unimaginable. Not sure how far he took it then, probably not far...but after multiple surgeries (skin, face, scalp) and performance injuries (Remember the Earth Song Fall) he became addicted. When the allegations hit in '93 is when he started going downhill, poor thing. He didn't even want to do the History World Tour but was forced to do it. He did not straighten out his addiction for his children - for his millions of adoring fans that wanted to see him on top again SO BADLY. It's so sad, but he did alienate a lot of people that wanted to help him so that he could keep using - he was numbing and trying to escape the pain and the pressures put upon him. He was the one that had to take the first step and ask for help. His family staged (or tried to) stage many interventions. I wish it was different. I wish the false allegations and Sony corruption did not take place - these things broke his heart from which he never recovered. I love you more Michael and will always spread your truth. We know who/what killed you.

      RACHeL LYNN It is a misconception that Michael was a long term addict. Michael was a Jehovah's Witness and drugs were against the core of his being. He didn't even trust allopathic medicine and hadn't even taken an aspirin. The Pepsi burn was unfortunate and he was hospitalised but he went the course of a normal patient was not addicted to anything. Unfortunately the burn was very severe and did not heal completely, his lupus and vitiligo compounding the problem. In 93, he underwent a balloon graft procedure to help reconstruct the scar and it's a very painful thing. He was not on any painkillers then. But it was hurting terribly so he asked his friend if he should try an aspirin. His friend knew aspirin was hard on the stomach so he advised Michael to ask his doctor. The doctor unfortunately put him on strong painkillers that have addictive effects which shouldn't have been a problem since Michael was a strong willed person. But then the allegations happened and he was distraught, and emotional wreck and the dependence took over. But he cut short his tour and took care of it by going to rehab and that was that. Michael's real problem has always been insomnia. He is barely able to sleep at night. That's why touring is so tough for him and why he never wanted to do another tour after the Bad tour. But because of the allegations and the legal costs, he had to do the History tour for Financial reasons. So he was already wrecked by the stress of the allegations, his divorce, Lady Diana's death he could not rest or sleep at all in the middle of a gruelling tour. So they had to use extreme measures and put him under with anesthesia for him to get rest. After the tour, he didn't use it again. Only for this is it, when the rehearsals were so gruelling and he couldn't sleep because this time he would lose everything if he didn't perform. Again the Propofol was used as extreme measure. Propofol is a very safe anaesthetic but the doctor didn't administer it correctly nor did he monitor him properly that's why he died. Michael had needed some painkillers for the Munich fall which was very severe but he took them as need based, not as an addict. Most of all his life had tremendous stress brought on by external sources that wrecked his health. AEG even fired his cook for a month and Michael didn't have food of his choice to eat. When his cook came back she said he looked very thin, not healthy like when she left. He did not really die of drug addiction.

      Pinklaeti That's not true. YOU CAN'T HELP NO ONE WHO DON'T WANT IT! Janet found him looking horrible. She called her Brothers, they all came, but he had his bodyguards threaten them arrest if they didn't leave. There's lots of stories about how they tried to help this guy. People tried so hard to help him. But because he was MICHAEL JACKSON & NO ONE TOLD HIM WHAT TO DO, HE DIDN'T GET THE HELP HE NEEDED. You can't blame NO ONE, NO ONE BUT HIM! He was surrounded with "YES PEOPLE" WHO GAVE HIM WHAT HE WANTED, HOW HE WANTED IT, & WHEN HE WANTED IT. And if you didn't do what he wanted, you were OUT! And in the end, it wasn't those "YES PEOPLE" who carried that casket, IT WAS HIS BROTHERS! HIS BROTHERS WHO TRIED SO HARD TO HELP HIM! Nobody loved him more than his family. To them, that's who he was, FAMILY! TO THE WORLD, HE WAS "MICHAEL JACKSON THE KING OF POP!" BUT TO HIS FAMILY, HE WAS JUST PLAN OLD MICHAEL. HE WAS A BROTHER, A SON, A FATHER, AN UNCLE! THAT'S WHO HE WAS TO THEM! NOT "MICHAEL JACKSON, KING OF POP!" Just Michael. That was the problem, people blamed everybody but MICHAEL! His family told him the truth because they loved him. The truth hurts & he didn't want to hear it!

How many of the stars gave Berry, they re all for him helping them? He is living proof that doing good or trying to being out the best in OTHER people, gives the the longevity. Here he telling how he gave MJ and opportunity - and in star pupil form, MJ took it, and RAN. So please no negative things about Berry!! He is a man, imperfect but still a CREATOR of talent. Dear everybody are saying MJ was not ready to be help but the truth when you are in their position you can't trust everyone but when their in need of something and you are enabled to convinced them well they will trust that person. The is that those that love him gave up on him so early e.g His first wife,2nd wife and so and the people whom were surrounded by him want to destroyed him that is why they didn't gave up on. Imagine if he was having a wife at his last that stay with him at night everyday I wouldn't think they could get a chance to killed him . His story breaks my heart 💔 He didn't get chance to tell his own story so everyone want to put the blame on him and no one wants to take responsibility for his death from the doctor to family members 💔💔 🇬🇭

    He said that "while most people think Michael didn't have a childhood, Michael did a lot that brought joy to him,
    Yeah, but when Michael was playing baseball, he couldn't go back home, and go to school, not worrying about rehearsals and making money, since he was a kid. And despite of the outcome, he really resented that for many, many years, and by then it was too late. The Tabloids made his bed, just like his father did at the beginning. Freaking Tabloids.

      Berry "Made" a lot of people. Not just MJ. MJ like many "stars" made his bed..... Berry, like many great people, does not have the last name "god" or "jesus", and is not in the business of saving people - you have a billion churches for that. As a man Berry did/does what he does, and in his naturally ultimate best. He brough us the best people talent - and I think made the industry when nobody else cared. How many went back to say Thank you and give him a share of their new millions? No body says anything about that. Not everybody of Motown made it for some reason so there will be haters. So.....there. I thank you, the imperfect Berry Gordy for being you and giving us, showing us the talent in people amongst us! Fools. Berry Gordy had the greatest talent of them all - picking them out of nothing and giving them the world. Dont forget it. I d like to see you find somebody off the streets and make them into a billion dollar star. If you cant do that, well..

      True. So many mighty famous people claim Michael was sick! None of them showed up on court. Quincy Jones claims to be one of Michaels closest friends...they never met again after their "divorce" during the progression of Dangerous. It's hard to belive that they really felt something for Michael. They milked him every time and now he's gone. I'll guess only Liz Taylor was really close with him. We are all to blame now, we all wanted to see this man doing the moonwalk one last time in London. And what did we get? A 50 year old man, unable to sleep without heavy medical help diyng because of that! None of them said it's enough Michael. None of them got him out of that devil circle. But then again, Michael took it too far. Too much of that too much of this. He needed help, real help and not someone who claims to be a doctor just to keep Michael happy. All of the so called friends turned backs and now they're praising him like god.

      Even if Joe did the best he could (and I truly believe that he did a lot right), it was Michael's interpretation and feelings about his father that mattered. Michael was deeply scarred by the treatment he received from his father, he has said it in MULTIPLE interviews. The drugs did come after his father was replaced as his manager due to a lot of things (pepsi burn, surgery, injuries, etc...) Ultimately, Michael did choose the wrong people to surround him. I am sad that he cut out his family...they could have saved him but Michael had to have wanted to be saved first and foremost...in the end, not sure he wanted to. Heart breaking :(
      When I start thinking about it I get so upset, thinking like - Where was Elizabeth Taylor, Karen Faye, Lisa Marie, Macaulay Culkin, Chris Tucker, Janet and Jermaine (who he was closest to at least in the younger years) but ultimately it was up to him :( :( :(
      It must have been hard to be the most famous person alive...I can't imagine. You know in his book Moonwalk - he said that people used to tell him in the 80's that if he lived a reclusive life he would end up like Elvis. He said that he didn't see the parallel and would never let that happen - don't quote me as it's not in front of me. But heart wrenching to read posthumously. :(

      Hi. Yes I am white. However, I was raised by my grandparents (it may not be just black - it wa the era) and I was chased around my house and beat with wooden spoons. And yes there was an effect. It terrified me and I turned to drinking for a while. I have seen the Bashir interviews and please know that Bashir set Michael up and was a part in ruining his life - those interviews are highly edited to reflect him poorly. Have you seen the Oprah interview? He said that when his father walked into the room he would throw up or regurgitate because he terrified him - this was LIVE tv. No editing. I understand what you're saying but that doesn't mean it doesn't hurt people. Michael was HIGHLY sensitive - his brothers were not. I am also HIGHLY sensitive and creative. These things effect different people differently. This is not my opinion - these are Michael's feelings that I am presenting and I understand because I actually have been there.

    Berry Geordie makes me sick. Michael Jackson was like a son to you. Where were you when Michael was spinning down out of control and dying a slow painful death? You treated Marvin Gaye like carp! You wolf in sheep's clothing. That man was gifted and you held him back and so did your sister Anna.

      Yes, Berry Geordie was really ignorant and held Marvin Gaye back. Marvin Gaye was gifted with a three octave range tenor voice. Geordie held Marvin back at Motown.

      Berry said that Marvin wanted to do big band music and Motown was r and b. One song of Marvin's was What's going on?, Geordie felt it was not appropriate. It wouldn't sell.

    You don't have to live in someone's pocket to Love them. I'm no Berry G. fan but Michael was a grown ass man to make his own decision, bleach his skin, surgery after surgery, white children, loosing his voice, addiction to drugs, etc etc, but I Loved him too. We all have faults and different ways of Love. No one can tell another if they Loved someone or not.

    • @KeyJKandy
      @KeyJKandy 8 років тому +9

      But he didn't bleach his skin, he only had a few surgeries, and I believe his children are his because they LOOK LIKE HIM AND HIS FAMILY and I've seen many biracial children that look white. The man could still sing at the time of his death. If you really loved Michael you would at least do some research before saying the same things that the tabloids that hated him say.

    • @angieoconnor7400
      @angieoconnor7400 8 років тому +1

      Yeah their his children but not biologically. His DNA is not white he was exceptionally of dark skin. Maybe one or two we could say mmm, ok but 3, no way.

    • @KeyJKandy
      @KeyJKandy 8 років тому +7

      I think they're his biologically. Trust me, there are kids with one black parent and they still look white. You can look it up: white-passing biracial kids. It happens all the time. I have a friend who's biracial and both her and her sister look white. Her brother, however, looks like he could be Latino. It happens. There's even a baby in Africa that was born to two dark skinned African parents and she looks white. Genetics are strange. Virtually anything can happen.

      Damn, what a bunch of myths and fallacies, all in one paragraph.
      Michael had (universal) vitiligo : a couple of photos and the autopsy report have proven that ; there is no room left to interpretation. He used makeup and, eventually, Benoquin to unify his skin tone.
      Michael had surgeries for both cosmetic and reconstructive reasons : he suffered from the scalp burning caused by the 1984 Pepsi commercial accident and was diagnosed with discoid lupus too late (post-surgery). The only cosmetic surgeries he had undergone were the cleft chin and the Peter Pan nose.
      Regarding his children, Blanket isn't white and looks too much like lil' Michael for not being his biologically. Paris and Prince can be his biological children as well : as someone already said, there are white-passing mixed people (as Black-passing mixed people as well). But even though they weren't his biological children, at the end of the day, it's Michael who raised them (with their nanny Grace). With the great deal of deadbeat fathers out there, I've learned that the notion of being a parent is beyond the bloodline.
      Regarding his voice, I don't know if you have watched "This Is It" or listen to any of his late 80s, 90s or 00s songs, but he clearly hadn't lost his voice. Even better, his vocal range had broadened compared to it during his late teen years. Which is something uncommon among singers.
      Finally, regarding the (prescription) drugs, he wasn't addicted to them but was clearly dependent on them. He took them because of the accidents he was a victim of, the (scalp) surgeries that caused a severe pain to him, and the fatigue due to chronic insomnia he suffered from. The only time he went to rehab was in 1993, in the UK (before the 1993 Grammys, I believe). He didn't used prescription drugs for trivial purposes, and even less to get "high".

    Sammy Davis Jr., is the greatest entertainer that ever lived. There was nothing that he could not do and do it great. Singing, dancing, impressions, his expertise with a six gun and a holster. All the instruments he played. Michael might be a close second but he is not the best.

    We love MJ but he also contributed to his troubles e.g. plastic surgeries, pushing his family away and toying with vampires who were just interested in using his talent to make money and a name; playing around with dangerous prescription drugs and not listening to sound advice. The mother said she tried to talk him out of some of these negative things but he just didnt heed. Janet said the family tried to reach out to him but he was in denial. Elizabeth was just there physically and just had a crush on MJ not that she was helping him to change his lifestyle. Diana Ross is a hypocrite who led him on , used him and dumped him for mature men and was not there when his life turned out bad. African Americans forsook him...everybody around him was a "vampire"....even some of his family members/brothers were jeolous of him...Jermaine.. Now they are taking advantage of his death to reinvent their careers. I think only Jackie loved his kid brother genuinely and was happy for him....anyway, he is gone and let it be a lesson to his family, esp children. Let them keep off vampires...esp media like Harry and William. After media haunted their mum; they have grown up to be cautious and dont give a damn to the sucking media vampires
