INDIA Have so many ENGINEERING DEGREE HOLDERS, But INDIA DONT HAVE ACTUAL ENGINEERS.
I mean in India, Very Very very Less Actual Engineering Happens in India sir, thats why we are Importing lots of Heavy Equipments from Foreing Countries or Videshi MNCs.
