Trent Joooonnnnneeesssss. Smooth and fast. I still remember you from DTS. Good job man. Thanks for putting this out. I will be giving this to my new student to watch and practice with.
26:47 He even checked the Door cable Dudes UPS ALL-PRO 1st I've seen that. I have my 1st day of UPS Feeder class tomorrow. I'm supernervous glad I found this video great Job
Get on that list and keep watching these videos! They will call you to go and you want to be able to say yes. Go to the seminar, start studying for your permit. There are a lot of CDL permit apps out there. I don't know about where you are, my brothers are so helpful!!!!
Good looking guy, I wish I had his hair! He did a great job and was easy to understand! I have a ride along coming up and I always watch his videos a few times a week before the ride along. The only thing I noticed he missed is test tug on passenger side front tire.
jrc99us International, Macks,Kenilworth, and Sterling's are all used at my hub. Sterling's are mostly back up tractors and are being scraped but still a few around.
Czyz Glover i had to wait for a couple people ahead of me. But i just finished my first week and im entering my production week. Its not hard if you put the time and effort to get things done.
They expect you to do all this and be off the yard in 15 minutes 😂😂 Gtfoh dispatch. Calling my phone asking why I'm late leaving the yard. That's some BS🤬🤬
TSS out of NC. Excellent job. Thank you so much! We're using this in our feeder schools.

I’ve been feeder for a month and it’s great. I drive in LA where it’s hectic. I can’t imagine how easy it would be in some country ass route
I then dismantle the engine to check the condition of the piston rings, cranks and cams. All seem to be in good condition.
😂☠️
It’s the push rod that shouldn’t be more than 1 inch exposed when brakes are applied. The slack adjuster is what adjusts braking strength

Omg so much stuff to learn for pre trip
Wow 👏😮👏😮👏😮
According to ups the 2 guys in back recording need safety vest when not in truck
Didn’t mention the power steering pump... leaks? Gear driven? Condition of power steering hoses?
Well done. Only thing I saw missed was the air lines not rubbing on the catwalk, between the tractor and trailer. Sounds like a good instructor.
Gear driven power steering pump!?!?
Hi do feeder drivers get hired to be sleeper team drivers?
Yes
So is this for guy’s who don’t have a class A yet ?
I should start feeders in a month. Has any of it our pre trip changed since the time you posted this?
No. It's the same.
Thanks for posting. Very informative
Fyi, some newer tractors have air compressor behind the fuel tank mounted on frame under the cab.
what is this training for to get the cdl or to be hired???????
To be hired. UPS is the closest to a DOT inspection pretrip as u can get.
Yea that’s what you pre tripping the shit out of a tractor trailer for the state exam it’s preparation for me thanks
Does UPS only use Internationals for their tractor trailers?
jrc99us no not at all. But here in GA you use it for our state test. Right now my building is running 90 Kenworth CNG tractors.
jrc99us International, Macks,Kenilworth, and Sterling's are all used at my hub. Sterling's are mostly back up tractors and are being scraped but still a few around.
No. In Philly, they use Mack’s for training.
This is for if you dont have CDL right or is this the training you go through?
This is a training we have to go through regardless of having a CDL.
LUIS NAVARRO but they just show you or u have to say all that?
They show you and then you call everything out when its CDL test day.
Wouldn't it be easier if they gave you a checklist like normal companies lol
@@vancevalencia1462 they don’t pay drivers that much to be normal.
How do I apply
Now 8ts TForce freight tL.
Can I get a day shift tractor trailer job with ups
Damn..stevens sure taught me a better pti than that
Jesus ups is so so strict I've noticed on all of there jobs Lol
They can be when they pay so much
I start training Tuesday, im super nervous

Ours expects pre trip done in 28 minutes
What is this crap? Have to take another class A test to drive for UPS??
😔 seems like it.
I’m in class now, UPS is VERY STRICT when it comes to safety.
Lol
