Hope you enjoy this one, we certainly did! Let me know if you like the mix of caravaning and boating for the channel. The winter months are always going to be tricky for content but let me know what you would like to see :)
Hello Chris, I use Google Translator of course;-) Impressive. You seem to have really studied UA-cam videos in detail. Great recordings, technical equipment, your calm, pleasant voice. Okay, we need to talk about your cooking again - ready-made sauce, please...;-) I'm looking forward to more videos from you and maybe your family. I have one more thought - outtakes, you love to laugh. I might add something at the end. Best wishes to you and your family from Andalusia at the moment. Your Hops
Thank you for your kind words Hops. Yes, my wild camping cooking skills do need some improvement, have you seen my latest video released today? I do create German youtube subtitles for all my videos, please let me know if they are correct! :)
Wow! Twin axle van down to what must be the smallest van available. Lovely site. Not been on that one but have spent a week on Roundhills and Aldridge hill. Both without hook up. Don’t think I could manage without power now!
Hi Chris new subscriber, man of my own heart, long country walk to the pub with my wife and 3 doggies! I also love red wine, walk back chill out cuddling up to the dogs and BBQ in the evening followed by more red wine!. Try the Cotswolds in the autumn there some stunning walks to be had ! all the best with your Vlog.
Thank for your comment Mark, we do plan many to explore many more places with our tiny caravan! And I do love walking and exploring...and a glass of red wine! Cotswolds is definitely on the list!
Lovely to see some content from The New Forest, my father’s family from there originally, grandad born in the Royal Oak, Fritham, we love it. We now live in Somerset so it’s a perfectly reasonable journey for us.
Thanks for your comment @sandrapearson728. Most of our caravaning is off grid in the summer and we are always drawn to The New Forest, such a lovely area and local to us too!🙂
Thanks Chris and Sam, we are very new to this UA-cam Journey! I've subscribed to your channel and had a look at a few vids with the caravan, looks very nice, lots of adventure to be had in it :)
Great video Chris and especially great to get the odd action shot of Mrs Chris too. I didn't realise you were a tugger (caravanner). Myself I'm a puller (motorhomer), that way I can take the boat with me. Even though I'm actually in-between campers at the moment.
Thanks Tommo, I'm still getting used to the amount of effort that goes into these videos but it's fun :) I didn't know you were into motorhomes too! :) I love camping, it can be on the boat, tent or caravan! :)
@ChrisGetsOut my first "car" was a motorhome, I was the only 17 year old taking friends away weekends or staying on the side of the road after a night out
Great vlog, awesome choice of caravan! (we have the D4-4 MK1). The site looks perfect for us, so cheers for the upload 👍 I've subscribed btw! Shame it closes for winter, we're looking for somewhere for Nov.
Thank you very much, glad you enjoyed the video. We absolutely love our Dinky D4-2! Another one of our favourite New Forest Campsites is Setthorns which is open all year. I will be doing an adventure weekend there very soon so that video may interest you :) Thank you for the subscription, it means a lot. I have subscribed to you too! :)
We really enjoyed this video and watched to the end🐾have subscribed 👍we did a video back in the spring the New Forest is a lovely place to visit. Great work and keep the videos coming🙏

With a small caravan, the blown air heating will be adequate. For a larger TA caravan then the Alde central heating does the job better. You found a nice spot there. Do you have solar panels fitted?
Thanks for your comment. We do have a 100w solar panel fitted on the roof, you can see it on the drone shot of the caravan. It was able to keep the battery at a reasonable level all weekend and we weren't in full sun. One day I may get another fitted to the roof as most of our camping is off grid :)
Sorry for the confusion, the title is 'tiny caravan camping in the forest alone', we had no caravans around us, the campsite was almost empty so it did feel like our caravan was alone.
Hope you enjoy this one, we certainly did! Let me know if you like the mix of caravaning and boating for the channel. The winter months are always going to be tricky for content but let me know what you would like to see :)

Thanks for the comment Kevin, yes, a bit of a jump in van size! But this Bailey is perfect for us, I'll be doing a tour in a future video :)
Brilliant, a sensible sized caravan. Reminds me of the old Eriba caravans with the 'pop top'.
As you've seen, I've had huge caravans in the past but this is definitely my favourite, Bailey did a good job designing this one.

I can't stand clickbait just for views, the title says camping in the forest "alone" but he's not "alone" he's got a woman with him.
Sorry for the confusion, the title is 'tiny caravan camping in the forest alone', we had no caravans around us, the campsite was almost empty so it did feel like our caravan was alone.
I think it's just your interpretation (comprehension of English?) of the title, as no one else has picked it up as this.
