In this video I sorted a few loose ends in the engine bay, I sorted out the clutch line to the slave cylinder, got the K-Tuned heater hoses properly installed with the heater valve cut into it so I can still use the heater properly.
Also sorted the steering rack bushes in the new rack, got that in the car along with the rear engine mount, driveshafts etc. Got an issue with the drivers side knuckle still after having the studs put in (i dont have a proper press), passenger side is all built back up and ready to go.
Made some strong progress this last couple, we cant be far off the first fire up now surely......

Sorry, I typed a reply a couple weeks back, but for some reason it is not showing, the part is just a Breather Cap, PN#21396-P20-000 You can find it on the drawing at the link below. Item Reference 1.

while your there youd be better to de power the rack properly rather than looping lines. its easy enough, there's a great old forum post detailing how to do it

I converted the first one to manual properly, this is just a stop gap. Once I can drive it, I'll see how it feels, if it's unbearable I can get an electro hydraulic setup for it. That's why I've not gutted this one👌

HI, which swap you have? I would like to buy these heater hoses from ktuned to my k24a3 swap in DC2 chassis. Is it possible to use it for that? thank you in advance for your answer.

This engine swap is a K20A2 from a UK EP3 Type R in the EJ/EK Chassis. Im afraid I cannot answer that question specifically, mainly because the DC2 shares more in common with the EG Civic engine bay, and having never owned one I do not know, if any, what the differences are. That said the difference is probably quite minimal. Best of luck on your build :)
