Idk if Kalgara is considered off meta (it certainly has fell out of favor a bit), but I find it so fun. It's not too hard to play, but floods the board with nice stats and hits hard! So cheap too!
@@atrocioustcg I also learned about the lore behind Kalgara and Norland and I enjoy how it's basically a friendship deck xD Corny, but it matters to me!
The most fun off meta is 100% foxy, it's a cheap deck cuz most cards are OP07 base cards, and it's powerful fast and can be merged with other purple cards
I actually dont know the best deck, I just want to have fun because I dont want to take One Piece seriously since i already play MTG, Flesh and Blood, Sorcery, and Grand Archive
