  • Build strength with this full body barbell and dumbbell combo workout. This is a 30 minute follow along workout using a barbell and one pair of dumbbells to develop functional strength. You can follow along at home in your garage gym.

      No probs, tried to include a few workouts without lunges lately. Going to be hard when it’s a full leg session though!

      @@TomPetoTraining You're the best - just knowing I can sub that single leg RDL (which is an exercise I love) for the lunge makes all the difference - I appreciate the help!

    That's great Tom. Thanks for sharing! I just wanted to ask how to determine the appropriate weight for each workout. Sorry for the silly question but I haven't done weights before.

      I think it would have be a lot easier on upper body using squat stands as having to get barbell into position uses a lot of energy. 👍🏼💪🏼

    Can I do it on daily basis? Some says that one day for chest, one day for back, one day for biceps and so on...

      Yes full body approach to working out. Not promising you will literally isolate every muscle in the body.
