No probs, tried to include a few workouts without lunges lately. Going to be hard when it’s a full leg session though!

I think it would have be a lot easier on upper body using squat stands as having to get barbell into position uses a lot of energy. 👍🏼💪🏼

Can I do it on daily basis? Some says that one day for chest, one day for back, one day for biceps and so on...
