Thank you so much for liking it. Actually we have made it for our clients so that all the clauses are addressed. It is easier to amend it & add annexures. Almost all the clients as well as our team understands it so we felt it is pretty convenient. On the other hand, yes if the contractor doesn't understand it, you will have to translate it or get it translated

@@GharPlansPakistan I signed a labor rate contract agreement on stamp paper with my contractor. The contract includes grey structure (including plaster, tiles & marble). Material procurement is my responsibility. So far, we have completed both lenters. All dues to the contractor are clear which means I have paid him for all the work he has done so far. Is there any way for me to exit the contract because I'm not satisfied with the quality of work. In the contract, it is clearly stated that the construction will be done exactly as per drawings. Especially every single beam & column must be placed precisely exactly as per drawings. However, one of the columns is 3 inches out of the wall. I raised this issue with the contractor but he has become very stubborn (badmash) and is giving me a hard time while refusing to accept his mistake. I do not have the patience to deal with him anymore and simply want to get rid of him. I no longer want to continue working with him for the remaining two stages i.e. plaster, tiles / marble . Please let me know if there is a way for me to terminate / exit the contract. Please advise.

Thank you so much for all the praise. Regarding bricks the transportation cost is very high so in any case you will have to opt for brick kiln near your city or society. For how long do you want to store brick.

On the other hand, the better hedge is that people do buy a plot somewhere in safe society and the rate at which these things increase, the plot increases at equal rate or even higher and once you start house, you sell them and start booking material
Well attempt but be stick with summary form of all design and construction drawings enlistment As u r stating you r trying to portray technical specifications in summary form which is not enough and encouraging methods of contract U can hint all terms and contract conditions in different form ...u or any body needed more discussions everyone is freely can be provided consultation
Dont hire a thekedar/contractor if you want to save 2 to 3 million in 1 kanal house... Hire a Diploma / Btech Civil Engineer as supervisor and get item based services i.e excavation, brick masonry, shutterings etc from market..

You can add such clauses if you want. We don't add that clause in our contract. Didn't talk about escalation clause too which client doesn't want to add. Of course the scope of this video was not to discuss the legal status. It was to give you the template
