I am not engineer but I think water should mix with cement, sand and stone from beginning so that it absorbs and compaction will be easier and more durable results

Water mixture give u more result than compaction.
The rebar must not touch the floor, it must be at least half way up the floor, @CasaEstateDev

what should be depth of bujr . whether 1:6:12 ration cement, sand, Bujr of is not compulsory instead of spreading of sand
VERY GOOD EFFERORT TO MAKE STRONG FOUNDATION. As a layman i think why we need such a strong foundation. it may be because our regular structures are very very heavy. do we have option of less heavy structures to avoid such a expensive foundation . plz answer.

Recently I built my house in Etihad Town Raiwind road Lahore. I was in negotiation with KASA developers but finally I gave grey structure contract to famous youtuber "Suhaib Chauhdary". I only saw his videos and thought maybe he is very honest and technical person but the reality was totally opposite. He is extremely dishonest and inexperienced person. He ruined my house by every way. Please do good research before giving contract to anybody.
