My machine stops n won’t die cut. Wish I could fix it. Not sure what is wrong w it. Someone sold it to me as new but it wasn’t. 😞 rolls fine until it hits the die. Rolls fine with nothing in it. It’s electric.

You didn't repair anything. You just replaced the old rollers with a new set of rollers.
