Yes, grounding is very important. As we live on earth, and have to function here. So grounding ourselves mindfully to mother earth and inner knowledge, is theee step to higher knowledge. 🙏🤍🌸🌟

I m still saying … those chakras are nothing but myths .. those are nerve plexus… when we do kundalini yoga ..uk what dont even think of trying it without any guidance .. u will get lost in pools of infinities… our neurals circuits change… thats what we call neuroplasticity … when we learn something.. those minute action are registered in our brains and if we keep practising our neural circuits get sharpened … thats how we learn new skills …😉
Don’t focus on opening chakras as it can be dangerous. Focus on the natural breath. Never goes wrong. Breath is in the present, which is grounded.
Just meditate. No need to guide or direct. Follow what the intuition shows you and observe it
You guys are all silly. What he means is that once your third eye awakens that’s the start of your spiritual journey because you become conscious to what’s going on in your fucking life.
