there is an additional claire - though not as common, but i only of it because it’s one of my claire abilities. CLAIROLFACTION: THE PSYCHIC SENSE OF SMELL. it’s a very unusual experience. i’ve had energy around me that smells like pinesol. and a certain - extremely lovely scent - when the mother mary blesses me with her energy. other times it’s less pleasant, rotting death smell, or a very acidic sour body odor.
learning how to clear and protect my energy has helped greatly, thankfully. all of this very new to me. still learning and growing every day. i’ve got to say - your videos have helped me so much since my very rough and unpleasant spontaneous kundalini awakening earlier this year. i was sure i had a brain tumor or something… but no, i’m just a normal crazy, not lock her up in a padded call crazy. lol. thank heaven for that.

I do get various smells or scents from time to time when its definitely not something in it around the room. They are usually a scent that is familiar to me . I sense that it may be what you're talking about but don't know from what and really I don't want to know.
My strongest are all the Claire’s ✨🤍 and fear was one of my big issues when opening up my abilities.. I can say it literally about a month ago the fear finally left and I started my spiritual journey the beginning of 2021 Im am thankful now that I can control this fear. Once The ego and the doubt starts to come that always brings fear and false beliefs. . I’ve learned to shut it down and to align myself again. Hi again ( I feel like I know you already!).. thanks so much for your kind words and advice. I think, for myself that the hardest parts for me have been trying to diplomatically ditch" friends".The "Dark Night.." is a great shift in ideologies and can leave one exhausted. But I never ever thought that I would have "abilities!?" Sometimes they kick in at the most inappropriate times and still after many months the area at the front of my forehead is under pressure constantly. So it's a bit of a double edged sword.. but I'll tell you this.. I wouldn't change it for the world!

I can do astral projection and sometimes I have a voice in my head telling me what to do and what not to do. My astral self saved my life once. I was working 12 hour days and one morning I was so tired that I fell asleep at the wheel and I was floating in mid air pointing at a simi coming right at me, well I finally woke up and saw the simi and swerved back into my lane.

Astral projection should not be taken lightly, and always with the correct protection. There are many beings within dimensions that can attach to you if you're not properly prepared.

I’m completely blind and always wondered if I was seeing through my third eye or if it was my imagination hanging over from when I could once see. Now I know, I find it so easy to read for people because my third eye doesn’t get confused or blocked by my having vision. I'm so glad you mentioned about mental illness not being same thing as psychic abilities I once went for an aura reading and before I sat down I felt something wasn't right. During the drawing she kept saying "I can detect lots of mental illness." I didn't flinch so she kept repeating it, at least 3 times during the reading. My aura has three shades of purple, several other people have said this. She also said my colours are pure which apparently is unusual in adult hood because life makes our auras muddy.After the reading I never asked her why she kept saying I had mental health issues, and sadly I was put off by her insistence, so I never returned nor recommended her to anyone. "Diagnosis" should be left to the medical professionals.
I have always been called crazy because I have precognitive dreams. It is definitely a timeline snapshot. Now that I know how it works, I’m getting a better handle on it. I once woke up in the middle of the night and there was a being in the room. I couldnt move my body, but it wasnt anything like sleep paralysis (I have had a lot of those so I know very well how they feel).
I heard clearly in my head a voice very lovingly saying "oh, you are not supposed to be awake now". Then I went back to sleep.
I think it was telepathy. It was just like you imagine it would be. A clear voice inside your head.
I had this happen once when I was teen. I’ll never ever forget. I woke up and it seemed like sleep paralysis but it was just different! I was laying on my back looking up and I saw a indigo blue figure which looked like a person descend from the ceiling down onto my bed. It got close to me and said “you are safe and you are loved” and i think they leaned in and gave me a kiss on my forehead. I say “I think” because I didn’t feel it. But I saw them leaning in. It wasn’t a face, it was just a very glowing figure. It was the most beautiful moment I ever experienced. I woke up at peace and felt so centered. I’ll never ever forget it.
Um....this happened to me too...about 6 or 7 months ago. I woke up and a shadow figure was standing in the corner. I could feel it was pure evil. I was terrified.

And I also have this thing where I get these random thoughts in my head either right when I’m going to sleep or right when I wake up. Hi Christina, My gift is astral projection. Started when I was very young, 20 years ago. I was very scared for many years, I thought I was crazy too at some point😂 I used to drink to pass out, because I was afraid of sleeping. Wow. Your timing is perfect. My strongest is clairaudient. I had a psychic once tell me not to be afraid of the voices. Blew my mind since I didn't tell her about it. I don't have telepathy but I'm very strong in projecting my thoughts to a distance of 100 meters. People recite to me exactly word for word what I thought to them. Being an introvert means this helps me so I don't have to talk as much. I started one night when I was pinned down by multiple spirits and my mom could hear me scream at the top of my lungs...

Spot on! I have had numerous crazy psychic experiences.. The first I remember was when I was four. I remember the frustration when I explained to my Mom what was about to happen and she just like couldn't hear me.. then it happened. I was aghast.. even at four.. lol. Thank you Christina. I have been able to see spirits since I was 12. 2 of them was my brother and sister who died in a fire before I was born. I don't see spirits now like I did then but I can feel them and see some sort of image. I have also astral projected twice through meditation. I feel that the projection I did in the rain on my front porch was even more powerful as I sailed through the stars and landed so gently on the clouds above the storm. I rose above the storm!!!💖💖💖✨✨✨ And that gave me the confidence to know I CAN rise above the storm. I got this!!!

What a fantastic and beautifully explained video. I am developing after years of pushing all these abilities aside. I know I receive symbols in my third eye, I receive words, I feel a touch sometimes when receiving messages, I feel physical ailments that tell me how someone suffered or passed, I have names pop into my head. Great video. I know I've experienced clairaudience, claircognizance, and telepathy. I'm pretty sure I've experienced clairsentience, astral projection, and possibly channeling. I also know these experiences were more common initially when I was a child, but recently even more often after watching one of your videos where you reassured us that there's nothing out there more powerful than we are, which helped ease a bunch of fears instilled by a religious upbringing.

I started to develop some of these abilities a few years ago, then stress of a family member dying got in the way, I'm slowly getting back some of them now. I've energy healing and probably it's my strongest ability, I do hear fragments of the spirit world and astral projection, I got to a point where I could control it, but I've also experienced teleportation, I've woken in a car one time and a house in another. People that owned the car were outside of it talking when they saw me, freaked me out and woke up at home again. Thanks for your video, I haven't watched any to do with psychic abilities in quite some time, this coming up randomly, I guess isn't so random and spirit want me back honing my abilities again 😊 thanks again, I'll watch regularly now.

Energy healing is an ability we all have, as is psychic ability. Energy healing is activated through intention and direction of panic energy/life force flowing from source throughout everything, directed through the crown chakra, through the meridians and down to the hand chakras which will be open allowing the energy to flow to where it's directed to go.

I’ve been experiencing things I couldn’t explain since I was a teenager. But I never told anyone. Then I later learned in my late teens of my mother gifts and that I inherited them from her. The older I got, the stronger they seemed to get. Then about 10yrs ago I stumbled upon the new age world. And started reading about Paganism and Wicca. And it was then I learned that’s my path. When I was 15, I had a “séance” of sorts with 3 other close friends that I hadn’t known for that long in my parent’s basement. I never knew 1 of my friends, Sue, had a brother who was killed - or even a brother. It was only then I learned there was one, no details & knew we were trying to contact him. I saw Sue’s brother’s accidental death & then him standing beside her & could hear but not hear him giving me a message for her. I described it to them as they all cried, knowing what I said was right. I had more details than they did because I was like a witness to it, I saw everything. They never told me anything, I told them. All true. It’s like it was yesterday but it was 50 years ago! I definitely need help with my abilities. I haven’t done it since but time has passed & a lot has happened since. Sue, Mary & I are still chatting every day. We never talk about it.
Sometimes, I know things without knowing how I know as well - Precognition? Déjà vu.
Telepathy as well. Empathic - soon as I walk in a room I want to walk out unless it’s full of love. Weddings are great but I have a difficult time with funerals. I have had quite a bit of death in my life, starting when I was small. Hate crowds. Not into malls either. Never was.

Mine are automatic writing (though I haven’t done it in years), and other forms of channeling such as energy work and claircognizance. As usual, I’ve been trying to reach for the ones which are not my strong suit such as projection and dream walking (not mentioned). This seems like a nice message to refocus on the ones I know are present and see what I can do to hone those. Thank you!

Dear Christina, As always this video came at the right time. Just a few days ago for the first time I experienced immense sadness. Couldn’t explain why? It lasted for an hour and then completely disappeared.

I've always been able to feel other people's emotions, which is not a nice thing to have. I've had to develop this skill very young because of my mother having extreme depression, so I needed to read her perfectly in order to protect myself form her rage outbursts.
Since my awakening though this skill has developed and I now focus a lot in the emotions of nature. I'm able to communicate with animals telepathically which is insane to me, but in the past 2 years I've had more interaction with wild animals than I've had in the rest of my life.
My favourite are trees though. Trees have the most incredible emotional range and they communicate with each other. At first this confused me but after doing research I came across a documentary about pygmies and how they read the emotion of the forest and especially trees to predict the weather, forest fires etc long before their physical senses ever could.
Since honing this skill I cannot enjoy the smell of cut grass anymore, because it's filled with panic and anxiety and there's nothing enjoyable about that.
I know trees can talk to each other and plants. Also that we all do have these gifts and trauma and abuse does awaken them to become very strong. I've always felt others emotions
wow how do you even get along when living your life. I feel so overwhelmed when hearing other people's thoughts and conversations. Can't look them into their eyes
I used to think I could read people's minds. Later I found out that it works the other way around for me. I can project my thoughts into other people's minds. I don't use this ability openly as it tends to freak people out. I haven't figured out how I can be of service to others with this ability, so I rarely use it intentionally. Only for example, when I want to eat a certain kind of food, I project this to the person doing the groceries. Works brilliantly.

My MIL has this ability and she projected lot of ideas onto me. But be careful what u project as it will harm you in the long run. And this ability...isnt it manipulative? I dont understand how it is fair and legal. Isnt it invading other peoples mind equivalent to rape? Iam sorry but i need answers to what MIL did to me....

Christina, I practice just about everything you mentioned (excluding automatic writing). I would say my strongest psychic abilities would have to be clairaudience and telepathy. I regularly have conversations with spirit and I also have a telepathic relationship with my twin flame. I wouldn’t say I mentally hear sound. It’s more like everyday thoughts in my head that I have to depict from my own thoughts. I found that spirit liked to use muscle testing as a good way to differentiate my thoughts from spirit because of how muscle testing relies heavily on involuntary reflexes. It helps circumvent the monkey mind from interfering.
Hi Christina I no this is gonna sound nuts but I’m intuitive but I’m not sure y it’s when I’m cleaning out the fridge?? Ugh.. twice I’ve had a crazy experience that actually saved my 18 month old 28 yrs ago from a serious infection he had fallen n hit his two baby teeth on the stoop about 3 months before. He was n the high chair as I was doing the fridge n I heard my mother say “ Vicky go look n that baby’s mouth !!” N I mean loud so without an ounce of hesitation I walked over n pulled his mouth open grabbing his lips lookin n there it was an abscess the size of a pea needless to say to the dentist told we were very lucky cause it was 3 days before Christmas he’d either b hospitalized or worse had it popped b gone through his system not the first time being n that fridge that something like this has happened TU for all u do n I’m interested n finding how I could hear her it just blew my mind god is good n idk but I’m sure he definitely had everything to with this grateful to god is an understatement !!! I had these abilities as a child(all the clairs,channeling, mediumship and precog) but due to cptsd i had shut it down. It leaked through my in my young adult years but fully opened when i turned 30 which without mentoring was very overwhelming but it's been a life savor and huge help to heal. I dont do readings yet openly but feel the pull.

I have spent the last two years developing energy healing abilities, but I am also a writer, and now I have a vision of what I might be able to do with automatic writing.
I discovered I had the gift of automatic writing last December. Very cool experience but not always clear how to go forward using it.

Started writing and drawing so much lately bc I have so much to get out I can’t explain it but when I draw my eyes will go out of focus and I just draw ✍️ I know at that point something highway is coming through and helping me write and or draw. Recently I drew a door I’ve been seeing for a few weeks now so that’s been helpful to see it drawn out in front of myself even if I still don’t know where it is or what’s the purpose of it but that will come. I forgot what you called it , but I just know things . Theres times when I can tell how to fix something, or get somewhere , but mostly it's in almost a channeled counseling session. Just strange because I feel as though I'm listening to myself talking to the person. Someone that I haven’t seen for years will come in a dream or cross my mind and I always run into them within 1 week , also my gut feeling is always right no matter what I just had to start listening to it, negativity drains me horribly!! Hi! Thanks for the wonderful video, Christina! I feel like I'm learning a lot with you. I'm not too sure although I think my strongest psychic ability would be astral projection. I'm kinda new to all of this, but I've been having some weird experiences while sleeping (at least I think I was sleeping, not very sure though). The first time it happened I didn't believe in such things as ghosts or an afterlife or psychic abilities. I was on Erasmus in Ireland and I was sharing the flat with another girl. I woke up at night, I was lying on my bed in my bedroom, and it was quite dark, except for a small round white light. At first, I thought the lights had gone off and my roommate was going to the toilet with her phone's flashlight on, but as the light started to get closer I realised there was no one behind it and it didn't seem to come from any source. It was just a white round light, floating in the middle of the air coming towards me. So I started freaking out and I decided to pretend I was sleeping. Hopefully, it would get the message I didn't want anything to do with it, right? Wrong, it kept coming closer and closer. At this point, I was absolutely terrified as I felt the light so close to my face. I tried to scream for help as loud as I could, but no sound was coming out of my mouth. I don't remember what happened after that. I think I fell asleep again or maybe if it was a dream I guess I started dreaming something else. I don't know but it felt so real. Since then I've had a couple of experiences when I'm about to wake up or fall asleep (usually when I'm super relaxed but still conscious) where I feel like my soul (I guess that's what it is) is floating over my body. It is only connected to the head. When this happens I kinda wanna explore what would happen if I let myself go, but almost instantly I get scared I will get lost floating around or something and I go back into my body. So, does anyone know what these are? Out of body experiences, I guess, but does that have anything to do with astral projection? I'm a bit confused, as I said I'm really new to all of this.

Your videos are awesome & a great service to humanity Christina! With regard to closing the eyes as we transition ourselves into the psychic dimension to shut down our visual sense. My 50 years of martial arts daily training requires keeping my eyes open. While performing a series of katas (series of blocks, strikes and kicks) with eyes fixated on periferal vision I'll enter the zone. While in the zone state, no thought is given to performing the kata as it's a combination of muscle memory & focus.
What psychic strategy would you recommend that I could incorporate into my routine.
