      @@chrisrussellcaI don’t think so, I think it will be worth it to fit an Arctic LF3, what do you reckon? I think the pump block height can be shortened to ~53mm to fit 3 slot mode?

      @@chrisrussellcait’s 68mm and the pump mechanism is sideways mounted but looking at diagrams seems you can knock off around 10-15mm removing the plastic cap

      The titanium is nice, I’m a bigger fan of contrast. That’s why I’m rocking the E-White right now

    Haven't gone through all the comments but.. running the vertical stand and 2 T grills (top / bottom) Could we run air coming through the front (top) through a radiator and exiting the back(bottom)? Potentially watercooled GPU space through another radiator?

      Well once I get another TGrill I’ll test it. I could always test the grill at the bottom pushing air through the top. I need fan brackets to secure them to the grill or they’ll just slide down.

    Great build, and awesome videos! I used your great content as inspiration for my own build. You mentioned you switched back to the Atmos 240 from the AXP-90 x47. Just curious, why the switch?

      Thank you! I never stay in the same build for too long, typically 3-days to a week. Currently aim rocking the NR200P and ID-Cooling IS-55

    Great video. I have a T1 and I love to tinker with it. I will consider the travel kit just because it seems quite a bit more secure even though I don't really plan to travel with it.

    Clicked because of the thumbnail, stayed because of the content! Love everything in this build. But I have a question wouldn't negative pressure be better because of the tight space between the AIO and the fans ?

      Thank you!! More content coming soon related to the T1. Honestly I don’t really think about pressure. I exhaust out the top because heat rises and it helps evacuate the warm air from the 4080 also.

      @@manuvikraman1611 For some $85 is the cost of an entire case but CNC parts can cost much much more. I was quoted $250 to CNC the top-hat 3d file.

    Would be curious to see how much some bottom mounted 120x15mm fans help, especially with a TG panel. Would you consider running that test? Thanks for the vid.

      Regarding the looks of the extension/top hat; I quite like the length wise slats for ventilation. From the front not so much. If the front was closed off to match the front panel of the case it would look better, imo anyway.

      Would love to know that too! I remember in my nr200p case, Fans at the bottom (15mm noctuas) reduced the idle temps by 20% for the GPU - but I think its not the same in the Formd case, since its really Small

    Awesome to see FormD collaborate with reviewers to preview upcoming products.
    It kinda sucks though considering FE cards are nearly impossible to find at MSRP since the T1 seems to be designed around them. Hoping RTX 5000 FE uses the same cooler as 4000 FE to maintain travel kit compatibility.

    FYI there are some Chinese GPU brand that will fit the I/O bracket of the 4080 travel kit (not the support bracket though).
    Additionally the ProArt travel kit is for sale now and fits all version of 40 series Pro Art cards so great for a sturdy low power build too.

    When u mod with the travel kit can you still use the base riser cable provided or do u need another one ?

      In the default configuration you can use the standard riser cable that comes with the case but if you wish to use the “high” option then you’d need a longer riser and a way to secure it to the motherboard. There is a revision in the works for the stock riser but can’t go too much into detail.

      Really wanted the Evolv for a while but is really expensive when I was weighing the option. That’s a good board also, just moved from it to the X670E-I its bigger sibling.

    Just saw the T1 T-Grill up on the store and was labeled as "restocking." I was originally debating getting their vertical stand they put up prior, but I am debating retting the grill instead because I could upgrade to water cooling and I do like the way this looks.

    Subbed, great work dude! The Phanteks T30's are insane. Currently running an NR200PMax with Silent Wings Pro 4 140mm's, considering the Dan A4-H2O or this setup for my next build.
    Not sure what your audio setup is but it sounds a bit echoey/"hollow", your visuals are incredible so I feel like better audio would definitely improve it.

      Audio is the bane of my existence, it’s either over processed or echoey. I choose the lesser of the two as I don’t work in a sterile noise environment.

      You should definitely go for the T1 over the A4-H2O; if you like building. A4 is a great “set it and forget it” ITX case, it’s not without its challenges but it’s far less intimidating than the T1.

      @@chrisrussellca Yeah that's right, price wise the A4 seems better but the build quality on the FormD should be better, I just like the lines and front IO of the H2O. Keeping my options open for sure.

      Unfortunately v1.1 isn’t compatible (via FormD rep), still waiting on official cause for incompatibility. So far v2.0 and v2.1 are compatible and maybe 2.5 unofficially (different company with different revisions).

      No the travel kit is only compatible with the 4080/4090 FE

    You could try then Minisforum BD790i, its a beast and should be as fast or even faster then the 7900x while consuming less power and being cooler.

      I’ve considered that but I already had the 7900X for a while and didn’t want to buy another board when it was time to upgrade. But trust me, I considered. I’ll see what they do with Ryzen 9000.

      @@chrisrussellca I sent the top cover of the heightened grille I designed to 3fc, and then lobbied him to produce a version with a sense of design. It seems that there is progress. Haha

      @@wangyan1520 I was actually looking to revise their CoverGrill to fit on the case with the hallow top panel and so I reached out to 3FC for the original file so I can modify it. He informed me about the this prototype, several months later we have a useful sample.

      don't need all that, you can just remember that 0 to 100 in celsius or fahrenheit are arbitrary, so taking a percentage of fahrenheit will give you a different answer to celsius will give you a different answer to kelvin

      Yes, I believe* all top/bottom and side panels are the same across the two.. However I do not have v2.5 to test. I will update this comment when I have a solid answer.

    More radiator surface area = better cooling. I would rather have a thicker radiator than thicker fans

      I appreciate your input. This is something I’ve been open about on my community tab and Reddit. I don’t record in a quiet sterile environment and have to use more post processing. It has improved since this video especially in my most recent video.
