For the Hawthorne one I was wondering if it could also be a possible tie to the Scarlet Letter, written by Nathaniel Hawthorne. In the intro of the book (called "the Custom House") the author sorta makes up a story on how he's surrounded by old people all day and eventually found the tale of the scarlet letter. Anyways, in that section he explains how he was related to the judges of the witch trials and because of this he struggles between being drawn to Salem, as it is his home, but also hating it since he shares a connection to the men who brought death to innocent women and it haunts him. There was one exception however, and that was with Dorothy Good, the 4 year-old daughter of Sarah Good, a homeless beggar woman and one of the first accused witches. The whole context for the trials is fascinating, the trials themselves were a result of an influx of refugees from King Williams War, and there was ongoing conflict in the community because they’d been without a pastor for years at that point. In fact the pastor the town had at the time of the trials, William Parris, was the town’s first officially ordained minister, and people didn’t like him very much because he let people who hadn’t been “reborn” in the Puritan Church take communion

One entry said that they found an apartment they liked at the top, and how they've always wanted a place with a view. If you go outside of the plant and look for a building with a fire escape, you can actually climb it to the top. At the top, you'll find a Raider in power armor in the middle of decorating their home.
Yeah, all this time, there's two raiders that spawn in power armor in Lexington.
Nate: fallout 4 is actually very deep and interesting.
Bethesda: FaLlOuT bUt It’S fOrTnItE
Hands down the best part of E3.
I laughed for several minutes at their Nuclear Winter announcement, it was just such a troll move... a shame that it wasn't actually a troll.
Shhh we don't speak of 76
@@Psycokiller338 76 is good
@@RenoRelapse2287 Good or not Bethesda doesnt really desereve the PR right now
@@Psycokiller338well I will give them all the love in the world because fallout br is the only be I ever played and I loved it fallout 76 dare I say it IT IS BETTER THAN NV AND 3
10:40 And one man, Giles Corey, who was crushed to death by stones. Also, most of the accused witches weren’t “young women”, they were middle aged for the most part.
Who else is still playing fallout 4
Fun fact; While it is really cool having Codsworth call you by your name, you can get a lot more out of naming your character "Stranger", as more people are willing to call you by that across more than just Fallout. :)
I've always been a elder scrolls boy but if you keep doing good fallout videos I may pick it up again
You should try FO76, at least if you like online multiplayer games.
That pip-boy detail is now my favorite easter egg.
3:10 “dam it Janice” please get that reference
This is bad. Last time it was a dethclaw
I get
I DON'T EVEN NEED MA ARMSH
"Are you sure you want me, a heavily armed *click* and armoured *THUNK* fuckin WAR MACHINE to help your friend?"
The Commodore 64, with only 64 kb of RAM, was capable of doing a lot! It had over 300 software titles published for (mostly games), but also productivity software and even a full graphical user interface. No software for social media, email or internet as we didn't have access to that back in 1984.
You can encounter the unique dialogue from the beginning of the video by entering the front of the building and waiting. You don't necessarily have to go in the back door. Its coded to trigger after a certain amount of time, not depending on what door you use.
The Ghostbusters Easter egg is by far one of my favorites!! I didn't even know about it until 9 saw this!! Cheers Nate !
I-
I lowkey want Nate to play Detroit: Become Human lol
My name is Nate the synth sent by cybe- I mean institute
@@leadedeagle4169 Haha xD
@ 6:40: It's odd that Father scolds me for tardiness like a child- that such is unbecoming of my new station- yet chooses not to bring up the fact that I'm inexplicably walking around with the world's goofiest-looking contraption on my head.
Father or Mother, not son or daughter
Shaun is the son.
Nice to see this series come back
A small detail is if you send strong to the murkwater construction site he becomes shrek
Always love seeing that a video has been uploaded! Keep up the awesome work my dude
Lucy Abernathy has a "thing" for Hawthorne. disclosed during dialogue between her and blake(her father)
There are 3 baskets and a ball(like "3 card monte") north west of sanctuary by a "tent" north of the large power line tower farthest north that you can access or just go north of Abernathy farm.
7:16 Shaun: "Being Director (of the Institute) will demand much more of your attention." Me: "I guess my underlings are going to keep giving me go-fer radiant quests on the surface like getting reports from Diamond City, putting a chip on a synth that keeps getting abducted by raiders, getting schematics from the Brotherhood and taking in super mutant samples. Yea, all of this day in and out until my liver explodes from all the Dirty Wastelanders and chems I keep taking. Thanks son!
who else is watching in 2024
just you , i’m watching in 2287
2024 here. Until it’s not.
Your mom
Dude that’s crazy I legit just ran into that distressed settler this morning!!!! And I didn’t follow her to the back after walking in! I crouched behind the counter and heard all this dialogue. They come look for you after. Such a weird coincidence that you posted this today and I watched it today.
I swear when you said markypoo I thought it was a reference to markiplier
Carson Collins same
The hardware town thing also happens if you enter the main way but after she has and sneaking. That's how I naturally did it because it was clearly an ambush so I sat back, listened to the argument, and threw a Grenade over the counter 🤣
Hey Nate, Breath of the Wild is also a big ass game and Nintendo changed their youtube policy. I think it would be cool a 10 series for that game with a sequel announced.
It’s rare someone actually did their research on utility poles. It great hearing it!
Hahah i named my character. Fuckface and codsworth refered to me as mr. Fuckface. Couldnt beleive it!🤣🤣
I thought i was the only one lmao😂😂
The Alice's Restaurant easter egg in Concord cracked me up, on the second floor of Alice's Diner is a letter to Ray from Alice explaining why she had to go bail the boys out for littering.
"Macready," not Mcreary
You know there's also special dialogue for that ambush if you go through the front door still but hide in the front of the store and they'll come out and search for you. So looks like either way you get some special dialogue that's awesome
@5:30...his mother or father not his son or daughter.
I've started replaying Fallout 4 again and I absolutely love it it never gets old
8:43 you can also name yourself "Assface" and codsworth will call you "Mr. Assface"
8:55 I experienced that one time and was blown away. I can remember what name I used but to have the game say my characters custom name surprised me
Me: * sees 69 on the power poles *
Also me: nice
1:32 If you're like me you immediately shot this settler in the face, and were shocked and surprised she meant to betray you anyways
Ah yes! "Mccreeery" my best companion! 8:11
I'm glad to see there's still some amount of interest in this 4 year old game.
It still has a following more than 4 years after your comment. The date of my comment is 06 May 2024.
8:12 ah yes, my favorite companion: McCreary
Nate, I have tinnitus (constant ringing) in both of my ears. It helps me sleep listening to your videos. However, I am in constant reliance of you uploading new videos as I can't sleep without your new videos. Keep making one everyday if you could.
I’ve still got a Commodore 64 in storage 😂
5:36 "You, his son or daughter"
8:11 "Mcreary"
Hey Nate you should make fallout New Vegas videos as well
Viewers: How many times you wanna make videos about 10 details in Fallout 4 or Skyrim!?
TheEpicNate315: YES!!
your channel so cool can you try making fallout 3 vids
