Those NALA rolls, as well as the sandbag getup, are going to have a TON of carryover for grappling sports. My best on the sandbag getup is still only 150 and that shit was a fight, lol.

I know sandbag training is good for bjj but the nala roll by far looks like it will translate directly with the motion of almost reverse shrimping. Great idea. Thank you.

It's true because I will get more sore when I cycle in the Bulgarian split squat versus doing hip thrusts every other week
