@4:29 I like how at this point, boss has come to the same conclusion as Bryan Alvarez and decided it's not worth telling Dave he was joking and just lets him 'sperg out so they can keep things moving.
Hogan didn't see Austin as a star boy how ddi that turn out
We loved austin the moment we saw him. We loved the hollywood blondes
I remember marking out when Austin was one of the final 3 in wcws royal rumble type match w sting and Vader and wishing hed have won. It would have made him a top guy
I imagine it was actually the opposite. Hogan more than likely did see Austin as a star, but because Hulk is so toxic and insecure about losing his spot as the top dog, he convinced Eric to get rid of him, and since Bischoff was pretty much Hogan’s puppet/stooge, Austin was shown the door, and thus ended up being a much bigger star than Hogan ever was, I don’t care what anyone says.
Amnesia angle, beach boat bomb and shockmaster sounds like an entertaining year.

Uncle freddy, dave meltzer!
So basically ‘93 was the year of Racism in wcw but was basically overlooked SMH
How stupid that they saw nothing in Austin
Tons of ppl saw it. I'm sure Hogan saw it too. That's why he shot canned him every way he could
@@ronniejdio9411 the first 2 seconds I saw him as Stunning Steve, I knew he had it.
@@johnnyskinwalker4095 we worshipped him. I remember the blondes on flair for the fold and he has an exchange w flair and ric says I hear some ppl saying you might be the man someday and Austin says is that so ? We marked out. We were despondent when he was the ringmaster losing to Savino vega in WWF
@@ronniejdio9411 yea I remember how much it was a waste of time this feud with Savio Vega
I remember reading about Austin when he started in the USWA in 1989-90. When i finally saw him on TV when I got USWA wrestling, he definitely looked like a future star.
