Wow you are truly an artist in your own way. I like how you are such a perfectionist. I had buttock implant in 1999 it hurts when I sit alot of lower back pain and regret it. and would like to get them out and do a BBL. Hopefully soon I can save to have them removed

@drwilliammiami! Can you explain the difference between a traditional 360 Lipo/BBL (under general anesthesia) compared to the new @squlpt procedure that performs while patient is awake? Besides the "asleep/awake difference, what are the pros and cons of each technique and would you be offering an "awake" service in the future? Thank you
I am not a fan of awake BBL's. It is impossible to remove as much fat under local as you an under a general anesthetic. No question. It is also not possible to inject fat under local to the same degree. I don't think you can even compare the two at all.

When will you come to Dubai
I went to Dubai a few years ago. I was considering working there as I had been invited by a hospital to work in Dubai. I really enjoyed visiting but I realized it was going to be a little difficult to make it work so unfortunately I decided not to go. I am not saying I would rule it out for the future but at least for now I don't have any plans to work there. I do still have patients that come to Miami from Dubai though.

So why I couldn’t get this I got liposuction 7 mouths ago my belly bulging out now they saying it’s visceral fat also had a tummy tuck this is ridiculous

@marbelalieu595 visceral fat is stubborn and hard to get rid of, that is why many doctors want you to lose that before surgery. Hope that helps
@@NickeyVamp two different surgeries in not even big bmi 24 im tiny in person I see a lot of surgeon no one never ever told me to lose weight I had nothing to lose I guess cause it’s under the organ they couldn’t tell smh but now all different surgeons are now saying this I had a tt 22and lipo 23 now my tummy is poking out and he emailed yesterday and said it’s the visceral and I have nothing to lipo no lose hang skin
Yes Nickey you are correct. Even patients who appear thin with little fatty deposits on their body can still need to lose weight because all of the fat they do have is visceral fat. It's always difficult to tell a patient who weighs 127 pounds they need to lose weight. They always say "I am a skinny person, I just have this pouch!" They are correct, but unfortunately the "pouch" is all visceral fat so in order to get rid of it they have to lose weight as lipo or a tummy tuck won't help them. Lipo and a tummy tuck only treat the external fat.
