    Dr Ayesha nasir maine 10 days pehly apka woh besan egg vegetable wala chella breakfast mein khati thi aur phir sara din kuchnhi khaati hun aur sham.ko apka jo vegetable and chicken wala soup h woh le ryi hun isky sath Alhamdulillah mera 8 kg weight reduce huwa hai..diet start krne se pehle mera weight 83 tha aur aj maine weight check kiya tu 75 hai ab aur ab in sha Allah 15 kgs aur bhi reduce krna h maine...Jazak Allah khaira

    Meine inka yeh chicken soup try kiya hua hai. Inhi ki ek vid hai alternate fasting pe. Usko follow kertey hoey meine 7 kgs weight loose kiya hai 10 days mein. Phir 1 week weight maintain kiya. Ab doubara ker rai hun, dou din baad 1 kg more down Alhamdulillah. Allah tala inhein aur b izzat dey. Her videos are really genuine.

    I also make this type of soup but I thicken it with a little bit corn starch and use sauces to make it even more tasty

    U can add eggs in it . salt in it . Thats totally fine . It will make u full even more longer . It u want to make it thick add oats flour to it

    I drank cabbage soup for 10 days continuously without miss and did not eat after anything till breakfast. I lost 11.5 Kg (22 Pounds) in 10 days. today I did my weight again I could not believe.       ​@@abutbeauty137 Main ne koi exercise nhi ki, actually main ne meetha aur namkeen dono cheezain food main se quit kr dee.
      No sugar at all, not even in tea and salt so mild that it hardly feels in food.
      I could not believe it happened in only 10 days.

      For cabbage soup, it contain same ingredients, in addition few chunks of chicken and carrots traces. Soup at 8:00 pm and no food till morning.

    i am 84 now was 106 i have lost 22 kg so far aiming for 15 kg more......
    my advice for all those who has stuck in wieght loss plateu and not losing any more wieght further is to take a ✌️ two week break eat any thing and everything you like increase your wieght about 2 kg.... then after start ur journey again and u will see that u lose about 5 to 7 kg in just 3 weeks ♥️

      12 bajhe green tea ye black coffee laita ho
      2.30 bajhe fast open kerta ho
      1 banana
      7 soaked almonds
      2 soaked walnuts
      2 whole eggs
      2 eggs whites
      Osh mai band gobhi, shimla mirch, kheera, pyaz, tamatar etc ka omelette banwa ker laita ho...
      I use only olive or cocount oil for omelette.
      Oske 1 hour baad nescafe 3 in 1 wali coffee laita ho.
      Phir sham 7.30 bajhe black coffee with 1 inch cinnamon..
      Oske baad 8.30 workout.
      Gym ke baad 9.30 tak ek chicken chest piece bbq mai kha laita ho.
      Oske baad 1 tea spoon sonf muh mai le ker chabata ho..
      Thats it.

    Salam u alikum, I hope you doing great, I've been struggling with ny weight loss and I also have stomach issues and anxiety and GERD but I have put on weight due to medications and I'm finding it hard to exercise and diet because of gas and over sweat and fast heatbeat, can you suggest any possible way of losing 15 kgs in a month or maybe 1/5 month and it's going to be ramadan soon so can I do it during fasting as well?

    1. Boil water
    2. Add boiled chicken in it
    3. Add half carrot, one shimla mirch, one cup bandgobi.
    Cover it.
    4. Add 1/4 tsp black pepper
    5. Put it on low flame until vegetable soften.
