- Crushed the cobia in 60 degree water! We usually look for water nearing 70 degrees, but these fish decided they had waited long enough to migrate. Water never got above 62.5 degrees this day and we landed between 15 and 20 fish, probably saw 100 or more. It was Memorial Day weekend so there were LOTS of other fishermen, but there were enough fish to make up for that.

I can’t believe this, was watching this video at work the other day gearing up for my upcoming obx cobia trip and thought I recognized your name, I harvested that tagged fish in the bay in august! Haha saw your name on the fish tagging report
So cool!!
Y’all killed it!! Good work boys !
Say keeper just one more time
Yea the Chesapeake it king daddy for cobia by far.
yea but when oregon inlet is on, it is better than the bay

Well done!

It’s definitely the the Chesapeake Bay..🤣
As far as the best
The Bay is the most consistent, but I don't think you get the same opportunity at the numbers of fish that you can in the spring in the outer banks. You may see as many on a day fishing the bay but they don't bite nearly as well.
@@nolanminor6761 they do I the fall.
No the chesapeake bay is better
