I needed this video so badly. I almost didn’t want to live because of frustration of the “dog barking” or “people chewing too loudly” it made me tortured so badly.

Hey Nik really enjoying the content in the video. I just need advise in a situation where your anxiety is so high that you cannot focus on a task. I know procrastination on a task is not the answer here but do you have any strategies to combat this? Thanks!

Hey Aditya! I wish I had a better answer than the one I am about to give you lol, I truly had to force myself over and over, I treated it like building a muscle. I made myself do the necessary things even when my body was screaming. It wasn't easy but long term it was definitely the way to go.

Is it possible for OCD to constantly convince you that you forgot to check or do something? so much so that you have no recollection of what you did even though you already did those things a second ago? How to get pass the memory distortion aspect of it? Especially in a job context - that requires us to do our due diligence all the time 😢

Hey KM! Absolutely I see this all the time, I will do a memory video on this topic this week, writing it down now.

What if my ocd latched onto procrastination? For example, "procrastination is terrible and worst. Since im doing it, i cant accept it" 💀🫤 thats so trickyyyyy

Hey Anna! It would just be the opposite! You'll need to lean into doing things slower, feel the discomfort of not finishing things and work on the belief surrounding potentially being a failure (I must do this NOW!)
