The distorted parts sound very similar to Led Zeppelin's "When the Levee Breaks", I can't unhear it! I'm almost certain they were part of the inspiration for how some of these tracks sound.
I grew up on a lot of Led Zeppelin (specifically a huge part of my middle school years), so that's an accurate observation. Definitely some sonic influence happening!

I’ve met Nobuo Uematsu before, he’s such an incredibly nice and humble man. I’m glad his influence made its way into my music!
could imagine a music video where it starts off with the trio of Wayne, Pongorma and Dedusmuln staring down Viewax, followed by a panning change to the Motorhunter getting the car ready panning again to see the big bug thing (Fonthintrelpine) waking up; Odozeir's and Carsoro's shadow begining the ritual. When the music is building up trio gets their first attacks on Viewax, but then at 1:12 the music kicks in and the camera pans to Fonthintrelpine charging them down in the tunnels, switch to Motorhunter trying to runover Somsnossa, then to the dance that Viewax does as rippling needles go everywhere. As the music dies down Motorhunter is defeated by crashing after Wayne snapped and dodged; leaving only Viewax and Fonthintrelpine against a beat up team. As the music kicks into gear again the trio quickly snap in unison to defeat Viewax leaving Fonthintrelpine to hasten and enrage as either Dedusmuln or Somsnossa is defeated. The battle rides out for the entirety of the swell; relaxing back as the party showdowns with Odozeir and Carsoro; however as the music begins to end Lord Gibby Redivivus comes from his coffin behind the team as he begins to play with a stick of dynamite as Wayne utters "Aww crap". I hope Chuck and Mason see this, I've have royally enjoyed Hylics 2, and it is one of the best RPGs I have played in a while! Though Fonthintrelpine is a boss I want to put out of my mind...
