I was exactly thinking this, this music reminds me a lot of the soundtrack of the game OXENFREE... there's this kinda calm, beautiful yet uncomfortable vibe in it
i'm getting so many chills from this. from the blending of piano and synths, the rapidly changing rhythms, arpeggios and clever chord changes.. it's a masterpiece. so much to learn and enjoy from this track.
This song was at the very end of an otherwise uplifting playlist and I had never listened right to the end so one morning I woke up, fired that playlist on and went back to sleep, woke up roughly 50 minutes later in my dark bedroom with utter silence aside from espial and I sat and pondered, "I don't have any song even close to this in any of my playlists!" Then uncomfortable anxiety set in so I flung my headphones off and went back to sleep. Now whenever I hear it I still associate it with discomfort and anxiety but I love that, it's the only song like itself and that attracted me to it and it had a solid place in my playlist for a good while before my genre preference shifted again
@@OliverBuckland I avoided it until curiosity brought it back and it went from 'my brain is dying and my heart won't beat' to the mental image of being chased through a forest by nothing but the wind. this song makes me feel an emotion but i don't know what exactly? tranquility? anxiety? not exactly. nostalgia? but there's nothing to be nostalgic about, is there? it's unique, i've never had a song made me feel this specific way before, and maybe that's why i can't stop listening to it. well done

I just... this song fills me with so many emotions at once. The beginning is painfully nostalgic for me (in a good sort of way) and I cant quite put a finger on why. When it picks up more, it's so incredibly beautiful, especially when the bass gets heavier. This is definitely going to be one of my favorite tracks for a very long time.

I listened to this while reading. In the book a girl calls a hurricane on to hong kong and it tears the dead city apart. The citizens were already dead. The wind howled, debris moved irregularly like puppets cut from their strings. The storm descended on a temple where the girl was hiding. It was necropolis by Anthony Horowitz.
