To me, Hylics 1 and 2 give off different vibes, I felt like 1 was more weird and almost uncomfortable (which I thought was an awesome experience); and 2 gave off a more professional and polished game with way more relaxing gameplay (and awesome music).

I appreciate that greatly. I've always wanted to be a better bassist. Having the opportunity to really focus on the instrument in an arrangement and being the one to call the shots on what the bass line feels like has always intrigued me. Now I'm just out here vibing on every track that I make, which is so much fun!

Dude. I MEMORIZED this song and went for a walk just jamming to this shit. I kid you not, the percussion throughout, the first “section”, the second section which added that horn sound, the pre-beatdrop with the change in drums, then the beatdrop. I swear I memorized this entire song, and I played that shit while on my fifteen minute walk out in 91-degree weather on a UV index of 6-7 and eating a Belvita. Absolutely phenomenal hour that was. I can play this song in my head whenever I want. I got the beatdrop right now!

Here's a nice moment I had with this song recently: My fiance had to fly home after new year (we've been LDR for 3 years); it's always a sad event with lots of tears. This time he put this song on cause he knows I love it so much- and when I opened the curtains it was snowing outside! It's gotta be the comfiest morning I've had ~~all year~~ in a long time. My interpretation of the musical directions of both Hylics games H1: Lonely, traversing an unfamiliar place while meeting then new friends; the music is mostly very abstract, reflective of the world and situation. H2: You've grown more accustom to this place and traversing it with your old friends; a tad more traditional-sounding and familiar, but still strange, much like the world...again.

Chuck is a genuine genius, he made a (at least in my opinion) not very fun area of the game bearable with this track. It's very hard to feel anything but total relaxation while listening to it

It has the feel of a veteran RPG party playing stoner rock. They're all highly skilled, but also kinda goofy. Playing strange things around each other, but keeping immaculate time and lending sounds along the way. They don't need a hard break to pull out into full jam mode, and there's a beaten up boss left in their wake wondering what in the world he just listened to.
You speak as if you can resist it even better than Death. Lies, I say! You and Death will spend a quiet five minutes together enjoying this piece. By this, man and Death will better understand one another and a peaceful thanatos is achieved.

The song is actually called StickerBUSH Symphony, not brush. It’s such a common misconception, that it’s even misspelled that way on the Smash Bros Brawl official soundtrack.
The one thing I love about Hylics. Is that the team are all members of a band and always jam at the end. And all the characters miss doing it in the sequel. This game is a hidden gem especially if you play it on a dose of shrooms
I just listened to Herbie Hancock’s Head Hunter album, specifically Chameleon, and can’t help but notice the bass lines to both tracks are rather similar. I wonder if that track was influential in this song. It’s also kinda funny that the album cover gives off mad Hylics vibes.

Chuck is a genuine genius, he made a (at least in my opinion) not very fun area of the game bearable with this track. It's very hard to feel anything but total relaxation while listening to it

This has too many good licks, every section is a joy to listen
It has the feel of a veteran RPG party playing stoner rock. They're all highly skilled, but also kinda goofy. Playing strange things around each other, but keeping immaculate time and lending sounds along the way. They don't need a hard break to pull out into full jam mode, and there's a beaten up boss left in their wake wondering what in the world he just listened to.
I think... when death comes for me, I will show him this song. He will be distracted and keep playing it on repeat, therefore I live forever.

Hylics is one of those things that I want to see a proper surreal comedy TV show of on something like Adult Swim.
The one thing I love about Hylics. Is that the team are all members of a band and always jam at the end. And all the characters miss doing it in the sequel. This game is a hidden gem especially if you play it on a dose of shrooms

I just listened to Herbie Hancock’s Head Hunter album, specifically Chameleon, and can’t help but notice the bass lines to both tracks are rather similar. I wonder if that track was influential in this song. It’s also kinda funny that the album cover gives off mad Hylics vibes.
