Those spiral staircases very popular there in those new homes, at least I've noticed from all the vids coming out of Dallas new homes, and i wonder if its one particular home builder or many home builders or a trend/demand? Alright, good night/morning, it's 1:49 am, going back to sleep
The size of the rooms is disappointing for the price of this home. All the space used up for media room should have been used to make bedrooms bigger. Soaking tub in master bathroom is so close to the bathroom entrance you can jump right from the bed straight into the tub.

So I looked up this Lake Forest home plan by Grand Homes and both garages to the right must have been extra because the floor plan doesn't even have those as an option. How do you enter those garages from inside? I'd love to see a full tour or atleast a floor plan of this specific home.

The owners bedroom looks small and plain with no cathedral ceiling and there is no door to the bathroom😮no privacy… that’s the first time I saw that from a Grande Home… the owner probably requested it that way, because Grant homes always has a cathedral ceiling in the master bedroom… with enough room for couches and coffee tables
Its pretty good. I do not like the lights they chose in the main area though

This is the same price as a very average single family home in San Diego which would typically be well less than 2000sf and maybe have a two car garage. And nothing near the ocean.
Would this be considered a safe area? I see that the prices vary so much in your videos area to area within the same city etc.
It’s average. You can take a walk without hearing for your life, leave the door unlocked by mistake without fear of being robbed. Might be cheaper because it’s not Dallas it’s Mckinney Texas.

Million dollar home and still had to notch out the door frame for the light switch in that first bathroom… kind of a cheap solution for the price

Why would a million dollar house have ge profile french door fridge and a kitchenaid double oven with a microwave above it. Also, the hood is non vented. This house should have a built in Subzero fridge and the microwave should be install separate from the double oven.

Mortgages are based on your salary. 4x usually in the UK not sure about America. Obviously you would need some money for a deposit lets say 10%. So 110k needed in cash and about 250k salary to buy a house like this. Unless you got more cash then you can borrow less

That was a sorry excuse for a master bedroom. This house looked like it should cost a lot less. It didn’t look any more luxurious than my house, and my house was no where near this expensive. Thanks for the tour though.

This house seems big and cheap to me. The finishes are so pitiful, painfully evident in the bathrooms. The bedrooms are an afterthought. The windows are like a rental property. So much wasted potential.

Frankly, I hate texas accents.
Gorgeous house for sure but it seems to me in Texas the bigger the homes get, the more expensive they get, the smaller the kitchens get and the cheaper the finishes get. For a house that size at that price point the kitchen should have been on another level of amazing and it completely missed the mark in design, creativity, size, and functionality. In my opinion that's a waste and a deal breaker.
