Grand homes has the absolute worst closet spaces, and pantries always super small, Media room is not even a media room . Like for all that money why can't they get those right? I'd rather have Perry Holmes, Toll Brothers, or Taylor Morrison.

A tour starting with walking in the front door is so much more desirable. And, more focus on the home….and much less on you. Just sayin” 🤷♀️

Home tour videos with actual walk-throughs and a person talking through it, as if a realtor was walking you through it, and describing what you’re seeing, are the best.
The above video tour had that, but the one giving the tour needed to stay BEHIND the camera and just give the tour, rather than actually getting IN the video. After all, the tour IS about the home……or should be. 😉
I personally stop dead in my tracks at home tours that just have loud, or obnoxious, music playing throughout the whole thing. And from the many comments I’ve read on videos like that, I’m not the only one.
It would be a shame for a potential client to miss a beautiful home tour for the reasons I mentioned, but I just won’t watch them…..certainly not more than long enough to see that it’s a musical tour, or someone showboating themselves in the video. A personal intro is fine, but beyond that…..stick to the home. 😊
