VW golf3 more fender rolling

We finished all the fenders in this episode.
Rolled the front fenders with the oldscool fender roller and the hammer and dolly.
Without any crazy welding i managed to get the 18inch fit real nicly on the fronts.
Some small adjustments and improvements on the front fenders as well.
Made trapnuts in the bay to make the front fenders mounting way better.

This was perfect. I need to roll my fenders for drag radials, and see the mistake I made after wrecking my first set. Im willing to try again now. Also need to fix my passenger rear arch, after trying to squeeze past a delivery truck, lol. I love your energy and attention to detail!

Goeiedag heb je wel eens met koper silicium gelast deze lassen zijn niet zo hard zoal gewoon c02 en ze roesten niet

Jazekers, echte op de lange termijn en als je echt moet krimpen of werken aan het materiaal dan is het te slap. Dus hou het liever hierbij, nu is het gewoon lastig omdat je er niet bij kunt van de achterkant.
