Hi. Can you tell me if the front brake needs to be activated to operate the blip downshift?
Having this installed on my R1 race bike (2011 14b big bang) and according to the instructions it needs to be connected to front brake sensor to be able to work at all and I don't have a sensor as its a race bike.
Would love to know your feedback on real world operation of blipper downshifting.

Thank you for asking the question. All blipper systems normally need to sense that you’re slowing down to enable them to know when to activate, and squeezing the front brake is normally a good indication of this. If your bike no longer has a mechanical brake light switch then the easiest way to provide that function is by adding a hydraulic banjo bolt switch which is normally very straightforward to do. If you need more details about this then do please let us now and we will be happy to supply one to you.

The good news is your bike has a fly-by-wire throttle which enables us to offer our two alternative advanced plug-in systems (each with both upshifting/quickshifting and automatic downshift/blipping) from Translogic and IRC. Sadly there is no integrated system that includes launch control available on anything that would be compatible with your bike, but I hope that that is a minor function to not have compared to the benefits of quickshifting and blipping. I have using quickshifter from translogic one year ago now i am using wooling race quickshifter and i dont like it, translogic was way better... and now i have also i think factory blipper and i dont like it also... maybe there is blipper also from translogic??
Do you have a kit for the RSV4? Does it come with clutch sensor or is it full time blipper? Want to know if i can still revmatch without the blipper engaging like the oem autoblipper on the 2017 model thanks

Is this offered for a Ducati 959? I want up/down with auto blip.

I wish there was an auto blipped system that’ll work in my zx6r. It’s a 2009, I already have the QSX-I quickshifter, but this Gen of zx6r doesn’t have support for the auto blipper. But I can’t wait til I start putting the stunt parts on this zx6r and then buying my Zx10r or R1. I still haven’t 100% decided on which of the 1k’s I wanna get

Noo, if your ninja 300 already has quickshift on it from the factory u can use autoblipper on your bike, but for quickshift theres many aftermarket quickshift out there u can use

Im thinking about buying one for my sv 650 but im worried it will damage the geardogs?! Is this something to keep in mind, that it will make my transmission die prematurely? Or is this qsˋs wear rate pretty much the same as if i shift with my clutch? Best regards :)
Hi. We've been selling them for almost 20 years without issues. Gearboxes are a lot more durable nowadays and the Translogic's smooth shifts should cause less wear than regular clutchless upshifting. Please note the blipper/upshift option isn't available for the SV650.
@@BikeHPS hmm my sv is from 2003 and i found the QS on Translogics Website for my Bike. Is the Tranny on my Sv also one of the more durable? :)
