I don’t know if I have a puffy battery at the moment. But my problem is that my case isn’t being charged completely the out of the 4 LEDs only three light up and the third one is blinking. And sometimes it becomes fully charged in around 20 minutes. Is this because of a puffy battery or something else?

I cant find anything about thist specific type, I only find GSP853450 01; 1200 mAh and GSP853450 02; 3000 mAh but those have a different amount of cables and are of another format.. I would like to replace mine aswell because it's swollen.

My battery is puffed. The box's charge goes to 1 blink from 4 blink immediately after 15mins.And also when i turn off my earbuds left one is always at low battery when i turn them on back even it was charged. Do you think its because puffed battery? And changing that will solve it?
Hey bro! This is definitely a recurrent issue... my case has also the puffed aspect.. :/ I'm only having lil trouble about how to connect the new battery wires (red blue and the other one) to the old connector... and also, what is the most effective way to get them out at the first place? is just cutting it a good idea or are we suppose to do smth else?
If you want to replace the battery you have to desolder the three connections at the PCB (be sure to work with a small tip on you soldering iron as the connections are fairly small, close together and in proximity of other important pieces). You can obviously simply cut off the old battery first to make the desoldering a bit easier, though I would advise against it. When you solder in the new battery make sure you do it properly; if there is almost no solder left on the pads you should add some to prevent a bad joint. If there is too much or some of the pads have joint together, try to carefully remove the excess solder with your soldering iron. After all that check your joints by tugging at each individual wire. Also, small tip, take a picture of the old battery and PCB when they are still soldered together, just to be extra sure to not mix up the wires.
Hey i wanted to hear music and put both jbl frees out of the case. The right one worked as yusual but the left one dont turned on so i decided to charge it but as i tried it the led turns white for a few seconds. I tried to turn it on but it still dont work what can i do?
There are some magnets that keep the buds pulled down to the case. One of your magnets probably got loose. You can open the case and reglue the magnets. That's what I am doing. My charger was doing the same thing.

Make sure to get the puffed battery out of the house before it starts to catch fire!

A puffed battery indicates that it is broken. You should not keep using it. It might even burst into flames.
