Thanks man managed to clean the charging pins and the bottom of the board and charges perfectly now .very useful for someone who hasn’t done anything like this before so thank you .
Thanks for the video. Tried and it didn't turn out to be that easy on my JBL reflect flows, needed heaps of elbow grease. My battery wasn't lasting long but now after disconnecting and connecting again the battery's back to its full potential. Thanks again 🇦🇺
This is really a nice video, I would like to ask what can I do about charging case doesn't charge earphones if I really don't try so hard to plug-in in most perfect position. When I shake the charging case there is no sound, so I don't think it's because the magnet is felling down. As far as I see it's because pins doesn't fit properly to earphones and doesn't charge in most of the time.
@@MegaSafetyFirst Hi, I watched and honestly yeah it could help, but the point is my pins are clean, and I always clean the earbuds too... When I clean earbuds they actually work a bit better but still there are missing contact with the charger :/ For example a bit shaking of the charging case will also sometimes stop charging the earbuds... What I do is I just charge them every night with putting my charging case plugged in to cable to charge it and put it on a stable place where it can stand without any movement.
@@ahmetenesduruer I have the same issue my right ear piece won't stay charging. Ive learned to adjust it to where it charges and I put something with a little weight to it on top with the case open. It holds them in place so they won't move and it keeps them charging.
I thought that my battery was almost dead because I couldn't charge the buds unless connected to usb. Otherwise it would just blink the first light. I opened it and measured about 3.6V which is low but still good. I just left it disconnected for a minute, plugged back to the pcb and now it the first light was solid so I plugged in the usb and now it's charging normally.
I have to change the battery any idea where I can buy it? And another thing inside my I have a Li-ion battery 3.7v 850mha dimension 22x64x7 mm with 3 wire that battery should have 2 wire instead?
Nice details but what I keep having problem with is the left side ear bud not charging. Keep have to move a little so the charging red light comes up but it will still goes off after awhile
Hi.. great video, thanks for taking the time to put this out 🙌 I seem to be having problems with firstly one of my buds not charging (right side) and the buds not connecting to bluetooth. Just wondering if you can help in any way?
Clean the holes on earphones in which the pins connect to. I would suggest taking a needle or any other pointy tool and scratching the surface from the debris.
Look at the label, google the name of the part. Often you can buy the exact same part or something really similar. Disconnect old battery, connect new. Assemble the damn thing. Make sure you check it is the right size.
Can you please open up the right earbud? Mine is stuck in an weird state ware it doesn't turn on or charge. I hope i can unplug the battery and restart it this way.

@@t.c.717 I think the charging case battery was defective. I ended up getting a replacement from the store. The new replacement has been working fine. Really like this product, but the quality control is a hit and miss.
Hi, my first guess is that the battery of the charging case is going bad and won’t reach full capacity anymore. I have a video about how to get to the battery, to check if it looks bloated. Let me look for it..
@@MegaSafetyFirst Thanks for replying! Too bad, I bought this like last year. I think it has a lifetime warranty but let me check with the shop. Thanks again!
Hey, nice helpful video. I wonder if the same nice connector from the battery to the PCB also exists on JBL Tune 230NC 's PCB. because I tried many ways to make a factory reset to solve the "stuck in mono mode" problem with my JBL Tune 230NC TWS nothing worked, can't send it back to service as well. I want to try to make PCB hard reset by disconnecting it from the battery and plug back. can anybody tell me if the same setup exists in JBL Tune 230NC? It will be very helpful.
Hi, I cannot say for certain. But usually JBLs designs are pretty similar between models, so there is a chance it will work for the Endurance Race as well.

I have a problem with the JBL reflect flow case. When charging, the first LED bar of the case keeps blinking, after a few secons / minutes, the LED bars lights up completely (4/4 bars). Once I remove the USB charging cable, it goes back to 1 bar and keeps blinking. Another problem I have with the case is the LED bars are always on throughout the day, the first bar lights up and then the last bar, this pattern keeps alternating. Has anyone encountered this problem? What is the solution?
@@ErsinBactisa well as far as I know I might have solved it, I guess the case was just low on charge. Also, there might be malfunctioning of the LEDs but I'm not sure. Try charging the case using a phone charger and let it charge. After that the lights shut off and it showed 3/4 bars and it doesn't keep blinking anymore. Hope that helps

You might be able to pull them out with tweezers. Also try to add a little bit of oil, so the prongs can slide better.

I’d open it up to dry it out and prevent corrosion.
You can also try to clean it up with some isopropyl alcohol.
