Good teardown video. IT WORKS!!! My only addition to it so you can separate the adhesive easily is to heat the bud with heat gun. You don't even need to pry it once its heated. The bud can be easily opened. I tried to open the bud without heating, it is to hard and even with pry tool you can't open it. Heating is the best way to loosen glue. But overall good and it works. Thank you!

Excellent step by step video….I repaired my Jabra Elite 65t following your instructions…ALL controls work perfect….when placed into charging box, it does show led on to show charging BUT does not charge…please suggest a fix…ty, keep up the great work

Thank you! if the charging case doesn't give voltage in that case also buds will not charge.
check the contacting points of buds and case try cleaning it because sometimes the point doesn't touch.

I have the same problem. I took it apart several times. But I can’t check whether the contacts inside the earphone are touching or not. I'm already thinking maybe the power controller is broken?

hello, one of my headphones is malfunctioning. (very little sound) I went to check the audio balance but it was well adjusted. So I tried to put the setting all the way on the left monitor (which is malfunctioning) and indeed we can hear the sound but from a distance, not loud, with a "radio" effect. I don't know how I could fix this.

Excellent video. I tried to pull apart but did not work. How did you open the earbud? Razor blade? Heat gun?
2nd question- I found LI1254 battery on ali-express, can i not use round battery on same connection point? Ty for your time.

1 you can use mild heat on the buds using hair dryer it will loosen the paste.
2 you can use any lithium ion battery of 3.7v 😊👍

How many hours can you play with these lithium batteries before you can charge them again?

not tested exact hours but, backup will be something similar to the actual batteries which was installed.

try to clean the mic hole in the housing , the dust might block the channel in turn the audio may not reach the mic so it will feel that it is not working.
