Hey bro Some tips that helped me which could help you is recording your jumpshot and pinpointing things which seem off about it a few e.g which could be off about your shot is raising the ball after you jump(2 motion jumpshot) or foot placement could be off another solution can be using your leg muscles and not heavily relying on your upper body
@@aadenmorrison8376 yea I’m leaning to thinking it’s my strength because I did have surgery on my ankle in the summer and me not doing much I def lost some muscle so I’m trying to get back on it as next year I’ll be back to playing for my school

Great series. Shows lots of options. Can you do a similar video for off the dribble? My son practices the catch and shoot series a lot but in games rarely left open enough for them shoots mostly of the bounce. Thanks.
