Can I ask about your external storage?
My 2017 NS used 3.0 for extra storage the latest version I have as well wouldn't except 3.0 and stated I needed 3.1.
So wondering if I was buying a large say 8Tb at 3.1 speed !

Great video 👍. The Nvidia Shield TV has 2 USB ports and one of them is connected to my 1TB hard drive for my NAS setup thanks to you. I just got a 2TB hard drive I'd like to add to my setup but do you know if you can add an additional USB hard drive to the already existing NAS? if so I think that would make another great vid.

Absolutely brilliant but i have a question how do you get all that media on the shield device.
Great video thank you, question already set up my N Shield with a 128GB flash drive and load some APPS. Now I would like to expand to a 256 GB flash drive a little bigger deal. Can I transfer from the 128GB HD to the 256GB HD without any issue. Do you have any video regarding this matter?

Is there a way of cloning the hdd to use a ssd in the 1st gen shield ?
I'm quite sure there are ways to do it. Try using an app call xplore app
@@SUPERDELLTV .isn't xplore just a file manager? I want to make my external ssd into a internal one on my shield. But i just don't want to take the hdd out because I think the system is on it .??
if you have a PC (Windows) use MiniTool Partition Wizard (Free version) to clone your drives.... did that to clone my HDD to a 2 TB NMVe (With enclosure).
