Question: I have Pc external drive 1 tb and shield 2 tb external drive so I want to switch the drives and put the Pc files on the 2tb external drive and the Nividia shield files on the 1 tb . What is the best way to do please explain in details cause I think I tried the shield remove files and wanted to format the drive but it wouldn’t let me remove the files using pc from the shield external drive. A video would help thank you

Question I have a shield with 2 tb drive and 1 tb drive on my pc. I want to switch my Nividia drive to my pc but my shield drive doesn’t show up on My Pc so I can get data on that drive. What is the problem?

what happens when the storage space is mounted per say and doesn't show up as external?

Does not work for me. I have managed to map the shield's internal drive, but it will not connect to the external drive even though it can see it. Any advice?
I have Nvidia Shield, not pro and I have 2,5Gb free memory from 8Gb. As I saw can Expandable it via microSD but how huge card can take (128Gb), there is any limite ???
I would recommend an external drive instead of an SD card because of speed. But you can always try it if you have a card laying around and see if it is an issue or not.

This used to work fine for me but now the network simply won't acknowledge the USB drive even though the Shield sees it.
Windows 11: On the right side of File Explorer, RIght click 'This PC', Select 'Show more options' Select 'Map Network Drive'.

My advice to any one thinking about getting a shield.....DON'T BUY THE TUBE ONE!!!!!! It is absolutely a pain in the ass to put stuff on it. Windows 11 can see my sd card but I cant access it. Windows won't even let me assign a letter. Trash product. Was easier to just stick it into the Shield Tv with the usb ports.
