Just done this session after a club run, felt heavy and sluggish during the workout and after the weekends long run. sorted me right out. Hips feel more open and I enjoyed the legs on the wall position. Great work more of the same. M
@@flexiblewarrior its cross country season soon so alot of hills and intense training. I have found that yoga really helps the recovery and build strength too.

@@flexiblewarrior to gain central balance but in a physical and spiritual way & i do realise that may be ambitious and take time but i am trying to find the most suitable method and yoga could be one
Just done this in the evening after a marathon this morning. The legs against the wall poses are new to me and give such a good but relaxed stretch!
