These guys are not my favorite band but the hate they've gotten over the years is stupid. They sound absolutely amazing. Otto is a beast and clearly they care about giving their fans a hellova show. Thank you for doing this for us and capturing such a killer performance.
they were misunderstood as a music group, one of the first bands to fuse nu metal and hip hop in the early 2000s when the most popular rap artists and groups were viewed negatively, rap wasn't popular amongst nu metal fans so ppl would listen other groups, limp bizkit is all about being their authentic selves and not taking themselves too seriously, ppl at the time saw them as being corny or lame, their music was just too "new" for nu metal at the time i guess but in reality it aged pretty damn well, anything Y2K is extremely popular rn @@mfreak1126
Thank you for recording this honestly. To be able to see the footage from 43:30 when fred durst spoke to my mum. That has made her world, i bought her a ticket as a birthday present and for fred to speak to her is beyond a bonus. Thank you for allowing me to watch this again
Hell yeah dude I remember hearing him say that and knew instantly he was talking about you's, I remember talking with you in line with my brother trying to get a peek into the venue through the doors untill staff closed them hah such an awesome night!!
GOD Bless You for recording this. I’m so excited to relive this concert right now as it was the most fun I’ve had in a mosh pit for years!! Such great songs. Thank you so so much!! *19 90 Nine & Full Nelson were my favourites*
That was excellent. Great footage of a killer gig. Missed out tickets for Melbourne but that almost made up for it. Thanks for filming and uploading!,,,
I was standing directly in front of Wes and I only had one person in front of me. I could see that Wes still had the black sclera contacts under that mask, but you had to be close enough to see it. It's always a surprise seeing how Wes looks when he shows up on stage, because you don't know what to expect on how he looks. The first time I saw Limp Bizkit in concert was in 2001 with support bands Mudvayne and Nokturnl, so it's been awhile seeing them again. But I met Wes backstage at the 2001 concert and he had taken off all the makeup and taken out the black sclera contacts after the concert, but seeing him without makeup was an unforgettable moment. Last night they played quite a few songs from the Chocolate starfish and the hotdog flavored water album which is my favorite album, so I thank them for that. Support band Hanabie was an interesting all girl japanese metal band, though some of band members were a bit lost in translation when speaking to the audience, but I can forgive them for that.
I must've been right near you, I was also infront of wes with only 1 person infront of me. It must've been so cool to see them back then, im 16 and yesterday was my first time... i love how his outfits haven't gotten any less elaborate and are still awesome!! lol
@joshuar622 My mistake it's actually "Nokturnl" the Australian rap metal band NOT Nocturnal the German metal band...Same name but spelt differently. Keep forgetting there's two bands with similar names. Nokturnl sort of an unknown Aussie band at the time. But the high light of that concert certainly was seeing both Mudvayne and Limp Bizkit.
@@zakoreilly5722 I got to see Korn/Rob Zombie in 2014, and during the show I turned around and 5 chicks were flashing right behind me. I'm good. Anything else is a bonus.
I like the long line of big fat guy security guards, that look like they are all twins. Then you got the one closest that can actually have fun with it while doing his job. Oh, and they sound fucking amazing by the way. It took a friend of mine some convincing to get me to believe that it was really Fred singing - missing the beard really threw me off. I really hope they come to the Pacific NW soon, this the one show I want to see before I die.
maaad thanks so much bro, this was the first time seeing limp with my sister and it was wicked as. was gonna do an audio recording of it brought my recorder and everything but forgot the sd card somehow so was relying on someone to put the set up 🤘
So sad. They crumbled in fear and gave into the co-vid madness. I was so disappointed in them. Proof that fear can take down even the stronger most ruthless man in the world. Fear is the enemy of freedom. I thank God I never sold out to their lies. I've always been a truth seeker. And that was not very punk rock of rage against the machine to do what they've done encouraging that criminal government madness that they were encouraging us all to be a part of
Went to this, band was great, sadly the sound production / sound quality was really poor, I was standing in front of the desk too, left me a little bummed, thank for sharing the video
The security guard 4th on the right at the end of the gig, started going off at people for not going crazy enough during the show about 5mins after they were done 😂 It was awesome.
Easily one of the best concerts I've been to, I have seem them play each time they come to Aus and this was up there. Nothing beats Sydney Entertainment Centre in 01' but damn, this was good. I lost it when they played 9 teen 9 nine!!
Bro was that you with the left eyebrow pissing blood, we saw you and felt so bad man, same thing happened to a girl at Babymetal some people are just cunts at events
Love how the security gets into it.
When rollin’ came on he couldn’t help but start rocking out!

Solid set list! Just wish they threw in 2 or 3 songs from the newest album though. Love the new stuff and it sounds brilliant live :)
Yeah I was surprised they didn’t at least play DAD VIBES… counterfeit would’ve been dope too
Even the security guard low key loves it

Why are they hated so much? I don't know them that much, so I'm just curious.
SO true! Personally I don't care for their albums very much...but god damn these guys put on an amazing live set.

Right! Dude I’ve literally been seeing them since 98, and they just get tighter and tighter… makes me so fucking happy
That and Fred sounds exactly the same as he did 30 years ago, his voice hasn't changed at all.

Sick version of Have a Look Around! Double kicks right before the end are killer! Sick song :D
damn this band bring me back to my childhood / early teens. late 90s early 2000s was the golden era.
Absolutely
Was such a good night!! Still on the train going home at 3:50 am hah would definitely see Hanabie again too!!
Was awesome I drove home and got home at 4
This was a great night, we did 7500 steps in the space of a phone booth. Fred and the boys are tight!
Hahah man it was pumping! I was satched from that pit
This show has the best version of Gold Cobra I've ever heard
The fellas are gettin tighter and tighter, got my 50th show comin up at Mansfield Mass for Loserville. LETS GOOOOOO
Anyone still a fan of Limp Bizkit !!!!
You are my best friend
The bouncer must be a huge fan! He knows all the words 😂
That was awesome, much better than I expected I’d see them next time for sure!
The irreplaceable Roland JC120 ❤ Wes has been using those for his clean tone since the beginning! Great Amp 👍
LOVE the Phish-style stage setup with everyone in a line!
Loved this gig so much. So good to see them after all these years.

I had no idea they were even in the country. Played in Melbourne last night and I missed it. Ah well, great concert. They still got it.
Hate to rub it in, but here he wasnt peaking.... At JCA, everyone was jumping and he was full screaming the whole night.... Ill never forget it!
Also, the setlist was different here than melbs.... we had "Show me what you got" instead of Gold Cobra.... excellent choice for sure.
