***** no. it'd ruin it. You go to a concert to hear the artist, not the crowd. being able to hear the crowd in a concert is like having a random guitar on stage making feedback that no one is using. It's annoying and no one wants to hear it.
***** I've listened to them. When they put the mic out to the crowd, of course the crowd should be heard because that's the point of doing that. But what do people want to hear more? I've been to some concerts where I could barely even hear the artist because the crowd was too loud. It sucks and completely ruins the live experience. And I'm guessing you're only saying this on opinion, while me and many other youtubers are talking from experience. and just a side note; Linkin park only changed their genre because they wanted to experiment to see if they really wanted to keep making rock for the rest of their career. But they've finally decided that rock is their thing.

They were a very, very well practiced band. They loved rehearsing as it were the actual show. This method paid dividends cause WOW what a show. I had this DVD as a kid man. Loved it so much and still do to this day

4 years ago today my dad passed away. I used to listen to this in his room and he hated it (was not his type of music), but he pretended to like it just so that i was happy. Now watching this after so many years it brings back so many memories. It is crazy how music can really make someone or break someone.

What a performance! At a point, I saw a camera caught reflected light, off of a "sky box / suite" window, which was moving like the skin of a drum or woofer pistoning wildly... They were POUNDING!!! that environment with energy... Epic talents! Reducing vocals, gentle melodic, it builds (they draw you in), then builds further (encourage participation), then just SLAMS sound full force. Great production efforts in (lacks life robbing compression) in every respect. What a group.
I am listening with a bad cold, my throat (and chest) "hurts" just watching Chester [R.I.P.] sing with all his soul. ALL of them contributing with such vigor..

Why Can't I Think Of A Name? Corey definitely gives him a run for his money. NOW, Corey hands down buries Chester. Corey's voice has held up the test of time but Chester blew his voice out I feel like. Plus, Corey's been proven to have the second highest vocal range out of singers around today, something crazy like a 6 and a half octave vocal range. So his voice is way more versatile than Chester's.

John Abello for a while, I didn't know it was him making that sound. I thought that somehow the mics were picking up a distinct scream in the crowd. I just figured it out, recently.
I agree, in a way. Sure seems like he is speaking to his own, personal demons. Notice how he kneels down, head in his hands, eyes closed, looking so deeply troubled... This goes on for a good 10 seconds before the screaming begins. Sometimes you have to scream those sons-a-bitches out! Absolutely freaking amazing concert, with a glimpse into the mind of Chazzy Chaz.
He might of had schizophrenia or PTSD or psychosis.
Maybe some ego defense mechanisms (denial)
