Just found you. You were the #1 result when I searched for Keto Jambalaya. I've watched almost all of your videos. I love cast iron pans too. I had a Lodge brand, but I lost it, so I look at Garage sales for one to replace my old one. Thanks for all the great recipes and tips!

I have to stop looking and start cooking. I'll be using your roux recipe for my family gumbo recipe. I've just been using extra okra. I'm very grateful for your recipes. I'm looking forward to beignet's. What I'm truly missing is my fried oyster's, especially on a dressed poor boy sandwich! Thanks

If you check out my shrimp po boy video, you can fry oysters instead of shrimp on that, I've done with purple boys and I'm like you it's my favorite

Some bay leaves would be a good addition, in the traditional Indian spirit.

Canola is not a good oil. Ghee is better. I'll go with the Créole, me being from New Orleans.

I'm going to have to break down and make a real gumbo. Keto recipes I've found just aren't the same. Plus gumbo with no rice just ain't right.

Have you tried my latest gumbo?

@@TheCajunKetoChef I'll have a look at it. A gumbo just isn't the same without rice.

Cajun is country, creole is city.
