Hi, I need some help, i have just purchased laser master 2s2, and set it up, the only trouble is the X-axis is not moving, I have checked the cables and when i home the y-axis moves but the x-axis does not, plus the laser GRBL shows an icon that says 'Alarm' can you help?
Hello , thanks for the video , !!!I have a question for you. I bought a laser machine .. Artur Laser Master 2 PRO S2 .. I connected everything as in the instructions, downloaded the driver program.. But when you turn on the machine, the light bulbs start blinking periodically ( red blue) the head does not walk.. What could it be???
@@chrisgaither7680 It's the laser safety shield hitting the rail before it can trip the limit switch. If you remove the shield it should work. waiting to hear back from tech support. My guess is to move the limit switch back a bit. Did you resolve the issue?
@Richard Hess I have not yet but I will try what you said. It would be easier if there were actual instructions on how it's all put together. Thank you for the help
Poor video! You skipped many steps! Why did you not produce a detailed video showing each step? Also, thanks for not including the english instructions, poor as they are, in the box. I had to go to tech support to get someone to send them to me which turned out to be a waste of time since they are not detailed enough to be of any help.
How about a little help with the software side of the machine. The owner’s manual is worthless and this video doesn’t provide any help at all on getting up and running communicating between a computer and the engraver.

It would be nice to specify the screw size and which direction the outside bars are to be assembled in.

Followed instructions after hitting power the laser comes to front left corner but hit the front bracket making a noise?
