I've been very, very frustrated and somewhat addicted to SC2 recently, your instruction and direct explanations have helped me somewhat, thank you. At least when I get my butt kicked I can generally see where I went wrong now and just think about fixing that one little thing, then even if I get whooped again, I can still appreciate my ineptitude somehow, also Winter and Neuro have good tips
The discussion at the end of game 4 around when and when not to commit to an attack reminds me of a quote from many years ago by the great philosopher PiG Tzu, who said "If it's a maybe, it's a no"
This video solved so many problems with my TvT. Now it's so clear, just need a lot of practice to memorise and master this build and not to float ten billions minerals ^_^. Ty Master PiG.
Thanks, this series is really helpful for middle skill lvl players like myself that continue to play the game and keeping it current is much appreciated
You are a very good coach sir. The only think is when you explain how to control unit a with hot keys you can show the example slower for slow ppl like me :)
awesome man, always look forward to your b2gm shows, still using the protos build for the old one, can't wait to see what you have in store when you get to the last race :D
I was pleasantly surprised to see a new B2GM. I found your previous one super useful. Of course as a protoss player I especially look forward to/hope for the protoss section!
Thank you so much for this content, really solid and must take a lot of effort. After patch 5.0.13, any changes we need to keep in mind or do these builds and styles still apply? Mostly referring to the cyclone changes and widow splash nerf!
Really was hoping this series could help to no longer been hard stuck in DIA3 but its always the same vs standard these builds works just fine but in DIA3 you run into too much weird shit
I am really bad at StarCraft! "Death source" map is an air unit map. I started playing in 2005. I really enjoy this map. Ground movement on this map is hard to do.
you can just right click any unit on another unit and it'll follow it. So I just right click the ravens onto a tank and they follow my army. You still need to manually give an attack move to make fighting units fight, and in the case of ravens manually cast their spells
Starport onto reactor and pump vikings! Add some cyclones and bring marines as well for the first BC in a scramble, but once you stop the first one just keep building a good viking count and kite the BCs down you'll smash it
using the "add to control group and take away units key" If you watch the bronze video I talk about how you can for instance make "add to control group 10 and take away units" to be a single button like "spacebar". That way each time you press spacebar you're "dumping" your units off their control group onto ctrl group 0 - a group you never intend to actually use
tthe initial push at 6:30? Just have enough stuff. If you have some spotter units on the map you should see the push coming and if you feel like you need, you can pull the SCVs from your natural and engage far in front of your natural before the enemy tanks siege. If you let them cast all their raven spells perfectly and engage the way they want, it gets quite a bit harder

can't be safe vs everything - if you build turrets every game just because there MIGHT be an oracle out there, you're losing out every time there isn't an oracle. Best to only build those turrets if you know there's oracles on the map. Keep in mind you can also use marinees from your rally to quickly react and defend an oracle even when it does come in
Thanks for playing with me! And good luck with your streams!

Would you say with the new cyclone change we should change from building 2 cyclones at the start for the double gas TvT opening?
You have such a good understanding of the game and have a great way of explaining it.

These videos are crazy high quality. I really appreciate these
Stoked you’re in Diamond! Looking forward to the race with the best tools!
I'm stuck in diamond3, this is beautiful gameplay. My build orders are relatively good, but my micro and army movement is still really baaaaad!!
Yessss! I’ve been waiting for this TY PiG!!
Thank you so much for this content, really solid and must take a lot of effort.

Can’t wait for the Protoss series
BRO THAT WAS SOOO HELPFUL!
Thanks a lot Pig ! Keep going with thoses great contents !
Awesome to see this!
Really was hoping this series could help to no longer been hard stuck in DIA3 but its always the same vs standard these builds works just fine but in DIA3 you run into too much weird shit
So helpfull cant wait for the next episodes
Thanks for doing this after the new patch 😅

PiG, when you drop like that in TvP, if they've pulled workers away, is it worth focusing tech structures?
Thank you for this
would it be worth it to do starport/factory units before barracks? Do barracks first if you find you dont have enough marines. Just cycle
Thanks!
omg thank you so much iroh!
Goated as always
okay, tuck stiffy before a presentation in class, Got it!
Glad to be of service :D
Game 2 Protoss Shoudve won lol but yeah Terran really needs to improve by a huge step once in Diamond.
How do you tell the ravens to follow attack? Is it just follow one of the units or is there some hot key?
you can just right click any unit on another unit and it'll follow it. So I just right click the ravens onto a tank and they follow my army. You still need to manually give an attack move to make fighting units fight, and in the case of ravens manually cast their spells
Definitely feels like terran now.
I am lower level but with this Diamond TvT build I am wondering what adaptations I can make if I scout a 1 base BC incoming
Starport onto reactor and pump vikings! Add some cyclones and bring marines as well for the first BC in a scramble, but once you stop the first one just keep building a good viking count and kite the BCs down you'll smash it
Thanks PiG! Really enjoyed your casting at the EWC btw
How do you remove units from your control groups? When you say dump.
using the "add to control group and take away units key" If you watch the bronze video I talk about how you can for instance make "add to control group 10 and take away units" to be a single button like "spacebar". Did the cyclone get nerfed?
How to counter build from Game 1 vs Terran? Almost everyone does this build in Diamond xD

Could you please do a new Bronze to GM Series with Protoss?
on the way after this one mate!
@@PiGCoaching Love to hear that! 🥰
you were really exposed to oracle harassment when u moved out without turrets btw

@@PiGCoaching fair point
