I like ❤🎉the price affordable, master closet could be 5feet more bigger
FINALLY, a smaller footprint with a den! I'd switch the master bed and bath around so that the bed door opens into the den for it's own private type area.

Love this. I do not want a glass door. For security reasons. I don't care for the sink position in the bathroom. YOu would be in the way both trying to get ready.

No, I need all the closest space. The bigger the better. It's the utility rooms getting out of hand. I don't need a bedroom sized laundry room lol
Love it! I think I would upgrade the double windows in the den for sliding doors & just keep the two large windows on each side of the fireplace with the blinds installed in them. I also would opt for a smaller shower in the primary bedroom to have a linen closet, there is no linen closet, coat closet or pantry in this house, but I really like it & the layout is awesome!!!
Nobody prefers a smaller shower in the master bath! Not usually anyway. 😊

I will buy it. It is very nice! So are they saying it is very sealed and your power bill will be low? I didn't understand what u said. But it's a beauty especially for the price. But plus tax? Is it the tax of the county u live or what percentage?

As a single guy, I think that the master closet is a perfect size, especially considering that there are closets in other rooms that could be utilized. I think this would be a perfect home for myself. I wonder if something similar is built in Wisconsin where I live?

When you come in, you see that wood thing, tacky.
In California we call that room the family room. The den would have book shelves and a place to read or study. No fire place in the den. The fire place is located in the family room and living room. This is a great house. I really like it.
The master closet here should be the regular size closet for the other bedrooms, and twice the size for the master bedroom.
I live in a 4 seasons state, and those are a two seasons closet. I just find that having enough closet keeps bedrooms neat. Sorry, but you asked. I tried to explain why I would want them bigger. Other people may find them more than enough.
Local Clayton homes was trying to sell this model for $190k a few months ago lol
