Yeah, I agree. I think real art has passion in it. I love when TV shows, movies, video games, books, etc. put extra effort into the promotions, the cover art, the episode names, special features, the credits, or whatever. It's like the difference between a meal that just tastes good versus a tasty meal with quality presentation; it gets you hyped beforehand and makes it memorable afterwards. Style plus substance.

The short is titled “exquisite corpse” because that’s what it’s called when several artists get together and make a collaborative work by stitching together their ideas without planning out a coherent story beforehand. They each make their own separate work and in the end they’re all combined into a singular “body”, like an artistic Frankenstein’s monster.

An "exquisite corpse" is an art piece that is begun by one person and is passed on to multiple others to form a full work of art. Each artist puts their style/take/spin on what each artist before them made. It's really cool.

SpaceGuts Great explanation. I literaly studied the movement 3 months ago in college hahah. It's awesome. You are forgetting something though, the whole movement it spawned in said everything the creators made had to be random, the exquisite corpse itself came from the collage of words the original artists made taken from newspapers and it ended with the words "exquisite corpse" that gave the name to the movement due to it's conflicting nature.

This is so creative. It does exactly what a exquisite corpse is supposed to be. An exquisite corpse is commonly a writing g style where different stylized writers all write one or more paragraphs of the same story to see how different everyone's style is. This does a good job of showing how many different animation styles there are and showing just how many dimensions there could be in Rick and Morty. I also love the nod to RTJ with Thursday playing in the background.

Yes, they have been known to help with anxiety and depression but the research that's been done has been limited due to (in my opinion) too restrictive laws governmening the substances.
My guess for such strict regulations would be because the testing from MK Ultra showed that it prevented people from thinking clearly and following basic instructions from authority figures.
