    About Rick and Morty:
Rick and Morty is Adult Swim's most scientifically accurate animated comedy. Created by Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon, it catalogues the bizarre misadventures of a bored scientific genius/drunkard and his socially awkward grandson, Morty. Their exploits tend to have unintended consequences for Morty's dysfunctional family, especially his unfailingly mediocre father, Jerry. Watch Rick and Morty battle everything from interdimensional customs agents to Cronenberg monsters now, only at AdultSwim.com.

At the end the judge says 'I know everybody in the courtroom has (enjoyed this)'
I bet there was a lot of laughter.
The judge had tunnel vision and then I think that was the moment he realized
      he himself was in teouble.
Like in Better Call Saul when his highly respected brother forgets he is in court and is airing
decades old grievances about Saul and then notices people with jaws dropped
      at his behavior.

actually the defendent clearly states i have not been given anything but a four page indictment/document for my murder trial, which was set for the next Monday, hence why he wanted a new attorney.
Courts do this a lot with poor and underclass defendants. It's a way of screwing them over which their underpaid, next to no resource appointed attorneys will not really do anything about, in order to score a slam dunk conviction or force a plea deal.

Mckenzie .Latham I know what the defendant states. It still was not the trial for murder. THAT would have been the appropriate time to bring such a thing up to try and get a mistrial. That was simply a hearing for a new attorney which you have no right for in Georgia unless he's deemed incompetent.

which was what the defendant was claiming.
He was claiming that they were going to trail on the following Monday, and aside from a four page indictment etc. he had not been given any other evidence etc. etc. and that therefore his lawyer was not only incompetent and not doing anything for him, but tried to solicited sex from him for a favorable performance in court.

The craziest part about this is that everything that Allen said in the first two or so minutes was completely valid. If you are being prosecuted in a murder trial and your attorney only gives you an indictment and nothing else from discovery like the coroner’s report, autopsy, or crime evidence, then the attorney is a joke and it’s grounds for mistrial.
That, plus him being correct about the judge smiling and laughing/calling him a queer showing conflict of interest and being more grounds for illegitimate trial. If he just didn’t go so hard in the second half with the expletives then he could have actually walked away from this scott-free.

The PD says he’s given the Fenton everything he has, which seems likely. Prosecutors are ridiculously slow (see the case of Kalief Browder) when it suits them.
Plus, in the first two minutes, DAF also says that his public defender said that he’d only do his job if DAF let him give him a BJ.
