For more than 200 years, Skullcap has been used to relax people with anxiety and treat convulsions. 🌱 In the old days, this member of the mint family, (Lamiaceae) was also commonly used to ease the symptoms of rabies. That is where its other name of mad dog comes from. Newer studies have found promising results in treatment of some neurological disorders like Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease.
